Fast and effective
I have taken a methylated B-complex as part of another supplement, but the amounts of each B-vitamin were much lower, and it was not as complete as this one. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when with one of these capsules I seemed to have a very fast and effective response. I try not to expect too much from supplements, especially at first, and I wasn’t really expecting anything from what is just eight B vitamins. But for me, I really noticed a difference after taking one of these. I think it is the amount of each and being in their methylated form that is key. This is not to say that I will notice something every time, but I think, especially if you have a need or a deficiency in one or another of the B vitamins, these could be a good option for you. I encourage everyone who is interested to do their own research, of course. One thing that was easy to notice was a few hours after taking the capsule I started passing bright-yellow urine, which tells me that the B-vitamins were active and absorbed.

Flavorless, easy-to-swallow gelatin capsules. Contains all the B Vitamins plus choline and inositol. The Folate is 5-MTHF which is the best formula, in my opinion. The best thing is that these vitamins are Methylated. My body can easily absorb and use the vitamins. One dose is one capsule, so this is a 90 day supply. The “use by” date gives me plenty of time to take them; these vitamins are fresh. I appreciate knowing they haven’t been sitting on a shelf in a hot warehouse for months on end. These make me feel more energetic. I like them and would buy them again.

Vitamins require a good deal of trust in the user. How do you know what you are getting and whether they make any difference?I have been taking B-complex vitamins from various manufacturers for years, and though I am uncertain of how much benefit they deliver, I continue to use them out of habit.These have a similar scent and texture of other B-complex vitamins I have taken, and they go down easily. After using them for a few days, I can’t say they are making a huge difference, but I will continue to take them as a matter of trust.I am giving these five out of five stars, but I will revisit this review in the weeks ahead if my opinion changes. It’s a matter of trust.I have been taking four of these a day, as directed, for a week now, and I’m not sure they have had any effect except perhaps making me agitated.These have a very musky smell, like pungent mushrooms, and don’t go down particularly easy, but that’s OK with me. What matters most are results, and I have yet to experience any except the feeling that I have had too much caffeine — an unnecessary ingredient here, in my opinion.Perhaps it is too early to gauge the effectiveness of these capsules, but out of the starting gate I am unimpressed.
