Not sure what I am supposed to expect
Mid 40s cardio active male.I have never have taken these, or peptides in general. Not sure what I am supposed to feel, but did get a pretty bad headache first time I used them, although can’t directly link the headache to the capsules, but it was pretty bad.Do not know much about the company, but the packaging was sealed properly and designed nice on the outside container.I probably should have done more research first, so please do not take my review of these are medical advice.

Solid daily support formula for men
I’ve been taking this for a couple weeks as part of my regular routine and so far it feels like a well thought out formula. It packs in shilajit, tongkat ali, zinc, boron and ashwagandha so I’m not juggling five different bottles anymore, just three capsules with a meal and I’m done. Capsules are easy to swallow and everything showed up in good shape. I’ve noticed my energy is a little more consistent through the day and the brain fog I used to deal with has eased up some. Not expecting it to replace actual sleep and training, but it’s a decent addition to what I’m already doing. Just know this is really geared toward men’s hormonal support, not a general recovery supplement. I am also on TRT, but a very light dose. I much prefer a natural support supplement to injections.

Nice blend of effectively dosed ingredients
Bottom line: possibly some extra strength/energy, but nothing crazy evident in taking this for a few weeks so far. Supplements are hard to review, and since I’m not getting a testosterone level blood test any time soon, it’s a wild guess on whether this actually does anything.That being said:- the dosages of the ingredients are actually effective doses compared to stand alone products, which is good. oftentimes with these blends of lots of ingredients, a bunch of them are underdosed, not with this.- tesnor is an interesting ingredient as it actually has SOME limited data supporting its claims.- easy to take once a day, not huge capsules.So, an interesting blend, lots of “good” ingredients if you believe in supplentation. A bit pricey for a daily supplement.

Positives: easy to swallow, no bitter taste, ingredients seem to be of high quality.No negatives to post.Unclear: effectiveness and impact on testosterone. It is hard to say with certainty if any effects are related to this supplement. I did notice slightly more energy and drive one week after beginning to use this, but that could well be a placebo effect or due to other factors. It will take more time to determine if this is effective for helping to raise testosterone levels.

Excellent combination of ingredients for men. Possibility of headaches if not used properly.
I’m in my mid-50s and I’ve been working out consistently for several years. In order to help boost my performance and maintain consistent improvement, I’ve been looking for supplements containing clinically proven ingredients, such as LJ100 Tongkat Ali, PrimaVie Shilajit, Shoden Ashwagandha, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D. This supplement contains all of those. From the ingredients aspect alone, this is a great supplement formulation.I’ve taken this supplement now for nearly 30 days straight, and I do have some cautionary indicators for anyone considering this supplement. The first thing I learned is that you need to start slow and take the supplement early in the day. I began with the recommended dosage of 3 capsules and woke up during the night with significant headaches. I reduced this to just one capsule in the morning for several days, then two capsules, and finally the full recommended dosage of 3 capsules after about a week. This helped tremendously! Also, I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I would absolutely avoid alcohol whenever taking this supplement. I had a few drinks last weekend after taking this for several weeks, and the headaches returned. Since then, I have avoided alcohol and no more headaches.From a clinical perspective there is a lot of data supporting the benefits of these ingredients, so I’m convinced that they are a good fit for my goals. My workouts have not seen any remarkable improvements, but I do see slight improvements. Whether this is a result of a placebo effect or connected to the supplement – either way, I’ll take it!The capsules themselves are not oversized and relatively easy to swallow. Other than the initial headaches, I have not noticed any other negative side effects. I have also not noted any significant energy or focus boost, but I have had a mild weightlifting performance boost.Overall, I’d say that given the mix of ingredients and the scientific backing, I would consider this supplement a good value, with the caveats noted!

just started, so too early to judge results
my husband had been away for work for three weeks, so i requested an extension on this review because he was the one who actually wanted to try it. he finally got home and took his first recommended dose of 3 capsules today.obviously one dose is nowhere near enough time to make any claims about testosterone, energy, strength, recovery, or any of the other benefits this is marketed for, so i’m not going to pretend we’ve seen results yet. the capsules themselves were easy enough for him to take and he had no complaints about taking all three together.the bottle contains 84 capsules, so at the recommended 3 per day that’s a 28-day supply. at $75, this is definitely on the expensive side for a one-month supplement, so for us the real question will be whether he notices enough of a difference with consistent use to justify that price.for now, first impression is fine, but the actual effectiveness is something that needs more time. i’ll come back and update this review in about 4 weeks with his experience after taking it consistently and his thoughts on whether he noticed any difference.
