Effective But Package Dosage is Incorrect.
It’s an effective and potent black ginger, and I’ve taken several different brands. But the package says the 1,000 mg dose 1/8 teaspoon. I used a milligram scale, and 1,000 mg is nearly 1/2 teaspoon instead of 1/8. It’s an unfortunate misprint, as I doubt anyone taking 1/8 tsp per day will notice much effect. So just be aware of that, and use a scale.

Excellent results ! Far better than blonde or yellow ginger. I felt an immediate energy change ,not because of the ginger itself ? Because it balances your biome ! And the taste is doable trade off . Stay healthy !

I take it for the health benefits, energy, and also I think it may help prevent colds that sort of thing. I swear by it, but don’t have test data to prove anything about it lol. I guess it could just be placebo who knows. But ginger is and has always been recognized for its health benefits and so far I haven’t gotten sick, and my energy levels always go up when I take this.
