ImmunEx Defense is formulated to support normal immune function. Each capsule contains a 250 mg blend of three patented superfruit extracts, elderberry, cranberry, and blueberry, produced from juice concentrate and standardized to 30% total phenols with most of the sugars removed. The formula also provides 60 mg vitamin C, 50 mcg vitamin D3, 25 mcg vitamin B12, 15 mg zinc, 200 mg arabinogalactan, and standardized green tea leaf and green coffee bean extracts. Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. WARNING: Consult your physician prior to using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. If you like using an immune system booster to ward off colds or just to give yourself some added energy during the gloomy winter months, I am finding ImmunEx Defense to be effective and so easy to take. The antioxidants provided here are derived mainly from elderberry, cranberry and blueberry. There is added vitamins C, D3, B12, sodium and zinc, plus green tea and coffee bean extracts. I love that there are no fillers or unnecessary additives. These capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste or stomach upset. I have a sensitive stomach, so I would know!I do not take immune system boosters daily, only when I feel like I could get a cold with that annoying scratchy throat. This has happened to me twice lately, and I have taken one of these capsules in the morning and one in the evening at the first sign of symptoms. I am a believer because I did not get what surely felt like a fresh cold coming on after a couple days of taking this elderberry compound.This bottle came safety sealed and stamped with an expiration date of 5/29. I I like that these are manufactured in the US. I also appreciate the warning on the bottle for you to discontinue use of the supplement two weeks prior to surgery.
