I’m a guy who just finds it either impossible or uninteresting to eat right all the time. With that being said, some recent lab work was showing a few minor deficiencies related to my diet so, on the advice of my physician, I began to supplement with this B-complex product. First off, I love the taste, it’s seriously delicious with a hint of mango in it. I don’t know if it was semi-psychosomatic but I started feeling A LOT of energy from about the third day! It hit me when I found myself skipping stairs at my house as I ran up to our bedroom. Haven’t done that in years. I just feel better when I’m on it. Seems like my vision is sharper and I would say that I’ve noted some cognitive benefits as well. Give it a shot if you’re feeling a little run down…of course TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR first, you don’t want to mask another issue that may need to be tended to.

I realised that I was feeling more awake as I started my workday, which was the first improvement I observed.
