    Cool beans…er…pills!

    I cannot speak to the efficacy of these vitamin D3 pills re: blood levels, as I’ve only just received them and I’ve only taken one so far, but they are extremely easy to swallow vs. my old brand, which was larger, more angular, and not coated with anything, which made it likely to get stuck going down. These are great, in comparison. They’re smooth and tiny. I’m not sure they’re coated with anything, but they’re so smooth that they seem to be, and they don’t get stuck; they just slide right on down easy as you please. Good stuff.

    Easy to swallow

    My doctor specifically recommended I take a 2000IU D3 supplement and this was the best one I could find. As a vegetarian, I didnt want a gelatin capsule, so these were perfect. They have a nice weight, so they’re easy to swallow
