This is really high quality potassium.
As I have aged I unfortunately have started to get leg cramps after a long day of work. I work on my feet all day and am constantly moving so when I finally get to rest in the evening occasionally I will be forced to my feet by a terrible leg cramp. What helps me more the anything with this issue is potassium. I rotate all of my supplements throughout the week just to try my best to maximize what I am taking. I try to make sure I’m taking just the right amount for my bodies needs. I have found the sweet spot with these to be twice a week and so far with this brand as well as others the leg cramps have not been a thing. Again, while I just started taking this recently. I have been taking potassium for some time, since switching over to this the cramps have not started up again so it is doing it’s job.That being said, this is far and away higher quality then the generic stuff I had been taken. The ingredients are higher quality and the absorption into the body is better with this over the other brand. So far I’m very impressed with these. They are a bit pricey but at the same time if you don’t take it every day it’s going to last a fair bit of time. All and all, I can definitely highly recommend these!

I believe they are what they say they are… maybe?
My chief complaint with the supplement industry is lack of transparency so when I test them out here’s my rating system:5 stars – certified by 3rd party independent labs (there are two big ones out there, but I’d accept others as long as i could independently verify)4 stars – most supplement companies also claim to have some super hi-tech, fancy, ethical, or quality product icon on their labeling. If I can verify that it’s more than a fancy logo from a web designer then they get this star.3 stars – the product doesn’t cause an allergic reaction or kill me or send me to the hospital. This may seem like a low bar, but I’ve tried two face serums now that have ended in urgent care visits.2 stars – the product does cause an allergic reaction or worse.Okay, so I don’t mean to be cruel about supplements, but if I buy an apple from the store, and bite into an apple, I can be reasonably sure that I have experienced an apple. If I buy a powdered supplement from an online store, one that isn’t independently verified, I don’t know if I’m buying potassium or sawdust. We can get contrarian here, and argue about the specifics of sawdust. I’ll concede to and substitute in any other compound that embodies some granular form roughly the size of powdered potassium. All I won’t concede is that I can’t know unless the supplement company is submitting to regular independent lab testing, that their supplements are what they say they are. I’m not here to sell those services so I won’t mention them by name, but you can search for independent supplement certification and you’ll find places. There are one or two main front runners that tend to be talked about the most. When I search those for potassium, competitors for this supplement are there. So I’m sure it’s an investment, but I know others are doing it.With regard to this company specifically, I went to their site, and read in their FAQ’s, “We use a GMPc and FDA registered lab that is also NSF certified.” I reached out for the NSF certification # to independently verify (see my 4th star info above) in order to back up the veracity of their claim.Their response was, “The certification numbers themselves are part of our manufacturer’s internal documentation, so we don’t share those publicly, but everything is fully verified and audited on a regular basis.” If that’s their policy, that’s their policy. I am not here to comment on that choice. The NSF has a public-facing certification verification page so somebody must be giving out that information. They were nice enough to send me a pdf which included essentially the same information that’s on the label on the back of the bottle. The PDF is very pretty and says it’s a Certificate of Analysis, but there’s nothing to identify the source of the certifying body.So, the only thing I can truthfully say about these supplements is that they come in pill form, there are a lot of them and according to the label it’s the good kind of potassium, not the bad kind. I’ve been taking one a day with food and water and I haven’t died. I’m inclined to believe it really is potassium, but I feel the need to be transparent here.

Don’t buy
This potassium supplement is the best I’ve tried. It was recommended to me by Dr Garrett Smith. The potassium is bound to malic acid. I believe this helps to bind to heavy metals. Overall great potassium supplement, highly recommend!

Seems to be a quality product
I have not used his product or company before. This seems to be good. The capsules are a little larger than standard in size. They aren’t difficult for me to swallow though. There were no off odors or tastes with this product. I had no stomach upset.The bottle comes pretty full and it is double-safety sealed with an inner and outer seal. I like that. There are 240 capsules in the bottle so I think the price is good for the quality and the quantity at the time of my review. Recommended dose is just one capsule so the bottle will last awhile.

This is not my first supplement from voltage elements. I also have their electrolytes and magnesium. This is a reputable supplement from a known brand that sells a large variety of supplements. It’s easy to take and doesn’t bother my stomach at all. It is reasonably priced and is perfect for getting my daily potassium intake.I know it seems silly, not to go into details on these reviews, but we aren’t supposed to as vine members. But it truly is a good supplement and I honestly do take other supplements from the company that I trust.
