    Quality product but not for me, but works for my husband

    While this product ooked like it might be useful for me, it caused stomach upset when mixed in coffee with IOCNIC Protein. It, however, added no taste and mixed well with a stick blender with Iconic Protein. I have used Iconic Protein Powder for years, so was excited to give this a try but it does not seem to be for me. It makes my stomach upset, but that is me I think and others with some of my diagnosis also report creatine upsets there stomach. Try and learn. However my husband seems to like it and he experienes no stomach upset. It is too early to tell if he is experiencing any benefits or not as he has been using off and on for a week but he certainly does not mind it mixed in his coffee. I use a mixer to wisk it into coffee and so far, it has mixed in well. It is pricey, but you use a small scoop so it will last for a bit as there are 90 servings in the container.Even though this product and Creatine Powder might not be for me because of my finicky system, it is a quality product, and I am basing that on years using another one of ths company’s product, their protein powder. I am glad I got to try this product as it sounded like it had some benefit for me, but turns out it is not the product for me. Kinda made my husband happy because he will be using it.

    Helps not overwhelm your system

    Alright, so some people might notice that this is a bit on a higher price point compared to your average. creatine. This does come off as a high quality product from Iconic I haven’t noticed any discomfort after eating this as some other ones could actually make you gassy. The other thing too is that it’s unflavored. I like to pour this in smoothies and thankfully it does not affect the flavor on those which is very ideal. For these reasons alone, I think that it is a 5 star creatine. And I think that it is going to be worth checking out. If you have been dealing with other products that give you discomfort, then this is an absolute must try in my opinion

    Dissolves fine; has sediment like creatine usually does; mild alteration of water flavor

    Item: “ICONIC Creatine Monohydrate Powder for Women and Men, Unflavored and Micronized, 5g Pure Single Ingredient Creatine, Third-Party Tested for Purity, 90 Servings, 1 lb Tub”~This is pretty standard creatine. It dissolves fine, but has some sediment drift to the bottom over a short period of time, like most other creatine I’ve had. It slightly changes the taste and texture of water, I guess like if you put a bit of flour or something else powdery like that in, but it’s fairly neutral; this is normal for creatine too, in my experience of it.The only difference is it’s a bit more prone to having bits of powder fluff off of the scoop and onto the edge of the cup and a bit onto the counter or things around it. It’s not significant – it’s not like I’m having to wipe down the whole counter every time I use it – but I have a dark surface and I always end up with specks of white around the cup. I don’t usually have much or any of that with creatine.

    Dissolves Instantly, The Best I’ve Tested

    Both my wife and I are big fans of Creatine and Have been taking it for a few years. I find it extremely beneficial for general energy, workout recovery, strength training and also cognitive effects, especially when I am tired. For many years I just bought the run of the mill off the shelf Creatine Monohydrate. It was tasteless, like most Creatine, but it was difficult to dissolve and needed to be mixed up the night before to have it fully do so. Then, I discovered the micronized type. That was so much better. I really liked the one I was using and was spoiled by the ease of mixing. That is, until I tried this Iconic brand. This is literally twice as fluffy and even easier to dissolve as my previous micronized product. I have been using it for several weeks and must say I am very pleased. I also like the fact that it is third party tested, though the details on that are rather sketchy. Is the formulary generally tested or is each batch subjected to testing? I see no documentation on this.This Iconic brand comes packed in a one-pound container. The one I was using is a kilogram for only about 50% more cost. I suspect the overall purity and quality of the product is roughly equivalent, notwithstanding the testing claims. The difference I can observe is in the form. The bottom line comes down to cost. Net it is over 50% more expensive. I really like the product. Quality and form it gets five very solid stars. But the much higher cost does give me pause ordering more. If were a little more competitively priced it’d be a no brainer. I do recommend it as an excellent product.

    Iconic Protein contains 100% pure creatine with no extra additives. If you have kidney issues, you should talk to your doctor before taking it. You need to drink plenty of water to avoid stomach issues, and you may gain water weight. This company has been around for 13 years and has had no recalls. Their company is known for its grass-fed protein.I am using it for my brain health, and it doesn’t have a taste. It helps with mental clarity and focus. It also helps muscles after a hard workout. You may notice an increase of 2 to 5 pounds in the first week of taking it. It is easy to take, digest, and mixes well without a weird texture. This should last 3 months, and the asking price is a great value considering the quality I received.

    Very good product. But much more expensive than other brands.

    I have been using creatine daily for quite a while now. I like how it helps me retain muscle and am more resilient to injury while I am taking it. I decided to try this brand with a fairly good reputation. So far, I haven’t noticed any difference between this and my go-to brand. Flavorless, and with the right consistency that I expect to see.There are not many differentiating features you can have with creatine supplements. Provided that the ingredients are pure, the differentiation comes down to packaging and price. In this case, the packaging is done well. The lid is covered with a shrink-wrap plastic ring. The lid is secure and will not come unscrewed on its own. And underneath the lid, there is a secondary seal underneath the lid that is even more secure to prevent tampering.Regarding price. This product is quite a bit more expensive than my regular creatine. At the time of this writing, this creatine costs $0.33/serving and my go-to brand is $0.22/serving for a similar sized jar. This is 50% more expensive than what I normally pay, so I won’t be purchasing this again at this price.

    I’m impressed with how finely ground this Iconic Creatine Monohydrate Powder is. It dissolves easily in my electrolyte drink without leaving much residue or changing the flavor, which makes it very convenient to take. It also comes with a scoop that measures out 5 grams, which is one serving. With 90 servings per container, it provides a good supply without needing to measure the powder separately.I’m hoping it will provide the benefits I’m looking for with my workouts, although only time will tell how this brand compares with other creatine products I’ve used. So far, the powder appears to be high quality, and the easy mixing and included scoop are definite pluses. Overall, I’m pleased with it so far.
