Easy to swallow soft gels
It’s too soon to say how well these collagen soft gels work, so I’ll just do my best to describe my experience so far. I’m hoping they help with my increasingly brittle nails.Anyway, the size of the bottle is pretty average, and it arrived sealed on both the inside and outside of the cap. There was no smell when I opened the bottle, and there is no greasy feel to the soft gels. There was also no taste, which I appreciate. The soft gels are sized well, probably a bit over half the size of those large fish oil soft gels. So, they are easy to swallow. I usually dislike having to take 2 of something to receive the full dose, but in this case I’m okay with it because it allows me to start ut at half the dose to see if I have any side effects.Overall, I’m happy with the collagen soft gels, and am hoping for positive results.

Convenient way to get Collagen Peptides
Compared to the powdered Collagen supplements, the InLife Plus soft gels are super convenient way to get Collagen Peptides into ones supplement regimen. The smaller size is super easy to swallow and has no noticeable taste unlike many of the powdered supplements I have used. The quality seems very good, and I didn’t notice any objectionable odors when I opened the container. All of the soft gels were loose in the bottle and didn’t show any signs of poor handling or packaging, and the seal was intact prior to opening. Effectiveness is hard to judge, but I take Collagen to help with aging joints and these soft gels seem to work as well as any other Collagen product I have used. In terms of value they aren’t as good as some powdered Collagen supplements I have used, but they seem to be a good value relative to others capsules/pills. I tend to use a combination of the powdered supplement and pills to fill in when powdered isn’t convenient or when traveling. Overall I have no complaints with the Inlife BIO Collagen supplement and would use them again.

Easy-to-swallow collagen supplement
Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (60 Count) (brand InLife): These collagen softgels are small, smooth, and easy to swallow (the listing shows capsules, but I received softgels). One dose is two pills daily. I was interested in trying this supplement because my nails have become quite soft and brittle as I age. This is also intended to help with hair and skin (wrinkles) as well as joints, where I could also use some assistance. To me, the scent of the pills is a little off-putting in the container, but I don’t notice a scent when I put them in my mouth. These are easier to take than mixing the powder form into a beverage. This is a great option to add collagen when traveling. This is made by a small business and distributed by a US company.

I’ve been taking these collagen peptides for about a month now, and I really like how they work. Each serving gives me 1,000mg of collagen, which seems to make a noticeable difference. My skin feels more hydrated and looks a bit brighter, and my nails are growing stronger. The collagen came in 60 pills, I take two pills per day the are medium sizes pills so drink lots of water, I also feel like my joints are more comfortable, especially during physical activity.

These capsules are easy to swallow, and don’t upset my stomach ( a lot of collagen products do). I haven’t really noticed any difference from taking them or not, but I feel the scientific evidence they might help is at least convincing enough I’ll keep using collagen products. This is easier to consume than the powders, and provides a good sized dose for a capsule.

Easy to Swallow and get 1000 mg Collagen
What you get is 60 count 1000 mg (1 gram) sofitgel collagen supplements. If you are looking to get collagen supplement into your diet, this is a nice option and can be seen as easier to take than the powders. Like other reviewers have noticed, it is nice that these do not have any type of noticeable odors, making them easy to take and swallow. After using for a good period, I would be comfortable saying that my wife noted some perceived benefits to hair and nails.

I got this because I like taking collagen for the health benefits it may possibly have especially with my skin. I try to take about 12 to 15 grams of collagen powder in the morning with my coffee and before bed I like two to three grams in capsule form. With 2 softgels ( the supplement facts states capsules but it’s softgels) being 1000 mgs ( 1 gram) these work well with me. I do wish however it list what type of collagen this is. I see on a seller picture a cow I think and it is saying on the animal grass fed so I am thinking this is bovine collagen. If that be true then that’s fine with me as it’s a type 1 and 3 collagen that I do like indeed. I also see this is third party certified for purity and potency and it’s also Lab tested. So I am thinking from that this is third party lab tested but not sure. I personally do benefit with collagen however it is a very slow process. Its like imo replacing one grain of sand a day to a sandcastle that washed away imo. However after years of taking it I am really happy with my skin health.
