I appreciate when sellers take steps to ensure the product reaches me safely. There was no smell to the capsules. The pills are about an inch long and was easy to swallow. I suffered no digestive upset or other ill effects after taking. There are 4 capsules per serving, I would typically like to get my full serving in a pill or two at most but this does give the ability to tweak down the dosage if youd prefer.The expiration date is 8/28 or more than three and a half years awa which is sufficient time to use these pills.

I have been using collagen supplements as part of my daily routine for years. I have used many different brands, and I have felt that they work for me. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any improvement with this product. While they were easy to swallow and easy on my sensitive stomach, I felt 4 pills daily was excessive.

This is a bottle of Marine collagen capsules. They come in a bottle that has a plastic shrink wrapped child proof top and an inner tamper proof seal. Each capsule contains 500 mg collagen. The serving size is 4 capsules a day to be taken with food. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. I had no negative reaction from these. They expire 8/08/2028. They are manufactured in the USA. I have been consuming collagen for over a year and have found it to benefit me greatly. My hair, skin and nails look better and my joint pain has decreased. I really like the fact that there are not a lot of other ingredients in these capsules. If you consume multiple supplements, it is easy to get too much of some nutrients when the capsules contain multiple ingredients. It can be detrimental to your health.

It Might Be Helping, But No Noticeable Changes So Far
My wife has been taking these hydrolyzed marine collagen capsules consistently for a while now. While the product is easy to take and hasn’t caused any side effects, we honestly haven’t noticed any dramatic changes in her hair, skin, nails, or joints yet. That said, supplements like collagen often take time and may work subtly, so it’s possible that there are long-term benefits we’re just not seeing yet. Everyone reacts differently, and results may vary depending on age, diet, and overall health. I tried this for 3 weeks. I have chronic regional pain syndrome and brittle nails and was hoping to get some relief from one or both. I did notice a little growth in my fingernails…maybe, but no change in pain relief. I’d stick with some magnesium and Alpha Lipoic Acid for that. Not impressive enough results for me.

Nice Sized Pill, No Aftertaste
I’ve read that marine collagen peptides can be recommended for people but to me the taste/smell of the powders I’ve tried isn’t ideal. I saw these capsules and hoped that it would be more palatable to take marine collagen in pill form instead. One serving is 4 pills which is the equivalent of 2000mg of hydrolyzed fish collagen and, according to the bottle, you’re supposed to take them 1-2 times a day. I will mention that I normally take at least 9000mg per day so I’d have to take a lot more of these pills to get that much. Each pill is a manageable size and easy to swallow. Thankfully there is no fishy taste during or after ingesting these FitoHerbs capsules.
