Generally speaking, I prefer electrolyte tablets over drink sticks—they’re easier to use and less messy. These tablets have a subtle citrus flavor and dissolve quickly and completely. The ingredients are good but I totally don’t get the “Hydrogen Water” name and description.The downside for me is the price—$11.99 for just 15 tablets makes it expensive for regular use. There are more affordable options out there.
