I tried this NMN supplement for a month. I I loved that it actually had five supplements within the one so you don’t have to take separate supplements. This is an NMN supplement that also has corsetin and transveratrol in it. I’ve taken several NMN supplements and many of them will only come with one, max two supplements together. This one comes with five. The capsules themselves are probably a medium size so if you do have problems swallowing pills, they might be a little hard to get down. I didn’t notice any weird smells or taste with these and I didn’t have any adverse effects.

Not feeling any difference
I’ve been taking these supplements for several days and haven’t discerned any difference yet. I don’t know it takes several weeks to build up in your system, but I was hoping for more energy and better sleep and wouldn’t say there’s been any change in my physical or mental senses. NMN is supposed to help with cellular repair at the DNA level which is beneficial to women worried about the effects of aging. It says online that this strength falls right in the range of clinic efficacy, so hopefully it’s doing something beneficial. NMN is an expensive supplement – nice to find it at this price point. The FDA hasn’t approved NMN yet because longer term studies are needed to analyze effects over time before they’ll officially back it. It says it can cause mild upset stomach, but I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to taking any sort of pill, and I don’t feel any negative effect from taking the recommended dose of two of these pills daily. To be safe, you should check with your doctor before taking any sort of supplement like this.
