This Humming Herbs NAD+ comes as 90 capsules in a well sealed brown plastic bottle. The serving size is 1 capsule so this is a three month supply making this very cost effective. Capsules are easy to take and I digest them well.However, this listing title says this is 600 mg with Resveratrol (which it has) and Alpha Lipoic Acid which it does not have, it is not listed on the label, this is so misleading. Made in India.

Subtle Boost But Cautiously Optimistic
I used to take NAD+ supplements years ago (different brand) and felt great, so I decided to try again with this one. It’s been about a week, and while the effects are subtle so far, I do feel slightly more chipper. Hoping the benefits will build with continued use.I appreciate that the capsules are vegetable-based and easy on the stomach. That said, I did try to look up the brand and distributor’s name in the GMP/COA/HACCP certification databases as listed, but couldn’t locate them. It’s possible they’re registered under another name, but it’s something to note.Overall, cautiously optimistic and looking forward to seeing how this supplement works longer-term.

Great product, great price and no bad side effects
These work really well for me, they give me a very mild energy kick in the morning now that I’m not drinking coffee. I love that you get 90 capsules for $15.49 (as of 5/28/25). You only need to take 1 a day so that’s a great price for a three month supply. I didn’t have any adverse reaction to these, I have a sensitive tummy so I feel like that’s important to point out for others. They have a citrus/herb smell to them but you can’t really taste it if you take it with water or a drink. Over all I’m really happy with this, it’s the third NAD supplement I’ve tried and my favorite so far.

NAD+ by Humming Herbs is good quality. This one has given me results and I feel a little bit more energetic and my skin looks better a little more healthier looking as well. It’s a slow start with nad+ but after few weeks you can see n feel the results. For me those are the only results I’ve noticed I haven’t felt neurologically better or help with joints stuff like that. But I did want to try for more skin improvement n energy and it did help me for that but I also wanted to help sharpen my mind but I didn’t really feel that much better maybe a tiny bit but it could be placebo so I don’t know if it really did help in that aspect.It’s a regular sized capsule shape and easy to swallow no issues with that. It’s definitely a good NAD+ I’ve tried another with basically zero improvement but this one did help with results. So I think it’s a 5/5 rating product it cost fairly vs others..So if you thinking about trying a Nad+ product or had bad results with others this one could be the one. It worked for me so this could work for you.

I have some concerns
I was initially interested in this supplement because there appeared to be promising information about NAD+ as an anti-aging supplement. But as the supplement was being shipped to me, I began to see research that concerned me about the dangers of long-term use of NAD+. I saw a study that ran an experiment with older mice – initially the group that received NAD+ improved compared to the control group that didn’t receive any treatment, but after the NAD+ supplementation was stopped, that group degraded so that they performed worse than the control group that received no treatment. This made me concerned that if I started taking NAD+, I’d never be able to stop unless I wanted to revert back to a very low baseline of wellness. Of course humans aren’t mice, so this study doesn’t mean that humans will respond in the same way.As for the Humming Herbs supplement – it arrived to me with safety seals and a clearly marked expiration date. The container indicates that the company has a GmP certification, which is a good one to have so that you feel comfortable about the contents. For me, I became uneasy about taking the supplement because of the smell. It could be the resveratrol, but when I opened the bottle, it smelled like grape laundry detergent. This led me to check out the company’s website. The company offers a lot of different supplements, but this particular NAD+ wasn’t listed for sale. That also concerned me. Furthermore, the company selling these supplements on Amazon has a different title and address from Humming Herbs – they call themselves “ZESPO AGRO AND CRAFTS PRIVATE LIMITED” which is a different supplement brand in India.If one were to try this supplement, it would be easy to take. As you can see in the image, the caplets are on the smaller side and would be easy to swallow. NAD supplements can get pricey, but this one is good value for the amount you receive. I’ve personally decided to hold on to these until some more research comes out about NAD+, and if the company updates their product webpage to include this supplement. This is not medical advice, but I’ve decided that it’s the best option for me.

Good For Energy
I actually heard about NAD+ for energy production. Something I am concerned with because I am getting older. I can tell my body needs a boost. This came double sealed and 90 capsules at 1 dose a day that is one and a half months worth. The capsules have a lovely herby smell not hard to take and average size so easy to swallow. This NAD+ is pared with resveratrol which is said to promote longevity by activating proteins called sirtuins. For sirtuins to function, they require the coenzyme NAD+.
