Berberine ‘Extract’ for More ! 30 caps !
I got this because I actually get beneficial results with Berberine. But no help with Cholesterol. With Cholesterol it does nothing for me. Not even helping lower LDL or raising HDL. But there are some lucky people who supposedly do get benefits with cholesterol from it and I believe that . The reason is because to my surprise I got glucose benefits with it. Totally did not expect that. I was around 120 to 125 and dropped to 90. And as along as take Berberine that’s where I stay 85-90. Now my best friend gets no cholesterol or glucose or any benefit from berberine. And my spouse gets no benefit other than loosing weight with it ! SO the best I can figure this affects everyone different. And to be fair the seller states that this ‘supports’ a ‘healthy cholesterol level’. So there is No claim to lower unhealthy high levels of cholesterol.I do see some ~~”Perhaps it could work differences”~~ though in this product. Number 1 this is supposedly an extract which is usually the potent part. I am wondering if that’s why they are claiming 10 times higher absorption !? Also my normal dose is 500 mgs three times a day before food. This is 550 mgs so that’s a bit more than my normal dosage. Sadly it’s only 30 caps so that’s only 10 days worth of Berberine for me ( I will take one of these before my evening meal and use my old brand for morning and midday dose to get this to last 30 days). Last and most importantly IMO is the 50 mgs of olive fruit extract in this. I drink I a tablespoon every morning of first pressed EVO to lower my LDL so I’m very much liking seeing this added to the Berberine. Olive oil has monosaturated fat which helps lower LDL and raised HDL according to many studies supposedly. From my lab test with regards to cholesterol I personally do see improvement with my olive oil regimen. So I definitely will not say cholesterol improvement for me is impossible with this brand with all the aforementioned considered. I am eager to see the results I get from this extract form of Berberine and olive fruit . I do wish this was third party lab tested for more confidence but it is rare that I see Berberine lab tested. It is mentioned several times over that this is ‘clinically researched’ so that’s encouraging. These are easy to take and so far I have not had any bad sides or any sides at all for that matter. I do not notice anything when taking this and never have with Berberine. The only way I know it’s working is by my lab test. Good luck and hope this was helpful.
