Fall asleep fast
This stuff makes me feel like I had half a bottle of wine. I’m asleep in half an hour. I’ve had to start drinking it in bed because I crash so hard.As with all other sleep aids I do not stay asleep but I am getting 4-5 solid hours before I wake up. I wake up refreshed and not groggy at all. The 4 stars are for the stevia it’s yucky. I add a couple drops of lime juice and that really helps. The taste otherwise is not bad

It Works
I loved the Magnesium with added L theanine and tart cherry. I definitely felt more relaxed and sleeper after drinking a glass. The flavor was not my favorite.

Ok product, but pricey
Flavor was good but it takes long to fully desolve, even when used with hot water. It helps with sleep but would go for oter more affordable brands.

Caused daytime drowsiness
It made me drowsy throughout the day even though I intentionally took a smaller dose. I don’t know what causes the drowsiness as there is no melatonin in the product, but I was very disappointed by it. I had high hopes that it would be a melatonin free supplement to help me fall asleep but it instead made me feel groggy the entire day after taking it. It did help a bit with falling asleep, but did not work very quickly nor as strongly as I would have liked.

First off where do I start, well I’m the kind of person who for whatever reason fights my sleep. I wake up multiple times during the night disrupting my sleeping patterns. I drank some of this last night watching TV laying in bed. And before I knew it I was asleep. No fighting it just sleep. I slept so good I didn’t get up at all during the night. Now when I woke up I had about 2 minutes of grogginess, but that wasn’t because of the Dream Team magnesium it was because I was in such a deep and good sleep. Once my feet hit the floor I had so much energy I haven’t felt this way in so long. I finally got good sleep. If you’re the kind of person like me who has little to no energy throughout the day, hard to get motivated to do things, struggles with sleep, always in a bad mood, you may not realize that it’s your sleeping patterns. When I tell you I feel so much better today than I have and so long and I know now it’s because of my sleep. This is a small price to pay for a better quality of life. There’s limited ingredients it’s natural it’s not some pharmaceutical crap. Oh and the taste, when I tell you it tastes so good this is something that I would drink and it’s all glass with ice all day long but I recommend not doing that because this isn’t a drink LOL. You know I thought it was going to have one of those tastes you know it taste I’m talking about. No it’s very enticing. What do you have to lose by taking this. If it’s not for you return it. But if you’re like me I can promise you that on the very first day of taking this to go to sleep or just to relax your next day is going to be awesome. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 this is my go-to. I am so excited that I found this try it.

Great tasting and actually works
I’m so happy to have found this product, it has really helped me with relaxing and falling asleep at night. I also noticed that when I wake up in the morning I feel very well rested. I usually take this on days when I can’t wind down before bed time. I also make sure I take this on days when I have physical therapy because I’ve noticed reduced soreness the following day! I love that this is sweetened with stevia, it’s not overly sweet and it tastes like real fruit! The powder easily dissolves in water, I usually put it into a water bottle and it’s more like drinking a light sports drink.

Finally uninterrupted quality sleep
I have been taking this product for over a month and just got my 3rd bottle. We are two in the household, so we need two bottles per month as each bottle has 30 servings and I cannot think of a time when both of us managed to sleep through without waking up in the middle of the night. This year has been quite stressful and what used to be the occasional monkey brain became unfortunately the norm. So I was in the market for a product that relaxed me before bedtime and I am really happy with this formula. The Magnesium Bisglycinate was what I was looking for and prior I took L-Theanine with stress gummies. I also like the clean ingredients, most important is sleep and relaxation though on which this formula really delivers. I was actually surprised to witness the benefit so quickly and as an experiment stopped taking it for a couple of days, which is why I can say that this really works and hence the 3rd bottle. On a side note, I really like the taste. All I do is mix one tea spoon with a glass of water and what I realized was that giving it a good stir creates a really delicious night cap. It blends easily but giving it the extra stir brings out a little extra tartness which balances the subtle cherry flavor. I first bought this from the company’s website but needed a quick replen for a trip so bought it from Amazon this time around.
