I enjoy this product
Host defense has become a brand that I use often and I really like each product I’ve used. These gummies aren’t something I would have ordered on my own, so I’m glad they popped up and I was able to give them a shot. These specific gummies taste really good and they have a nice smooth texture that isn’t unappealing like some other gummies. I don’t notice a grainy texture or anything when I do eat these, so the powdered ingredients in each gummy have really been blended in well, which I like because I was expecting these to have a texture to them. Chewing and swallowing these are really easy and the aftertaste isn’t unpleasant. I’ve noticed my energy levels have improved a bit since taking these gummies while also incorporating other supplements. There’s a lot of gummies per bag, so even though the serving size is 3, I still think these are a good value for the money. The ingredients are clean for me and my dietary needs, so I have no issues with taking these. I’ll purchase more of these gummies in the future for sure.

Noticeable Energy Boost After Two Weeks!
I’ve been using this product consistently for a few weeks now, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the difference it’s made. One of the biggest improvements I’ve noticed is my energy level throughout the day. Love the simple ingredients used. I feel more alert, focused, and productive without the jitters or crash that can come with other supplements.The quality seems excellent, and it was easy to incorporate into my daily routine. After the first couple of weeks, I found myself needing less afternoon caffeine and feeling much more consistent from morning to evening. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and will definitely continue using it. Highly recommend for aging or ADHD brains
These help my ADHD brain settle down long enough to make my deadlines. Nice Lions Mane Gummies for Mental Health, Memory
I like taking Lions Mane and have been using them for a while now. I like this gummy for as it is very easy to take. I dont always do the 3 gummies but love the memory and brain boost I get from the supplement. This is a 30 day supply at 3 per day and the price is decent for that many gummies.
