    I love all the Host Defense mushroom products, and this should be no different. Nutrition, immune defense and energy. I usually take a teaspoon of this with my matcha tea in the morning.

    Gave me a really bad headache. Tried 2 days in a row to make sure and it did both days, also made me extremely tired. The 3rd day I did not use and no headache or fatigue. Unfortunately cant return this product so I am out a lot of money.

    Excellent Support

    Excellent product. You an smell the mushrooms when you open the container. This is my second jar and I plan to buy it again. I dissolve it in hot tea and the mild mushroom taste is very enticing. It gives me a boost of extra energy and makes me feel relaxed.
