This review is for a 30 day supply of Yashy metabolic confidence, it supports insulin function, craving control, and healthy weight. The jar isn’t child-proof but it says keep out of reach of children on the label. The label also says that it is manufactured FOR a company in California but it doesn’t actually say where it is made.The jar contains 60 average size capsules that contain yellow powder. The capsules have a strong unpleasant smell and the taste is very unpleasant.The label states that these capsules contain 200 mcg of chromium picolinate, 500 mg of berberine HCI, 300 mg of alpha lipoic acid, 100 mg of fenugreek, and 30 mg of cinnamon extract powder. The label suggests taking 2 capsules daily with a full glass of water.The bottom of the jar lists a best by date of 10/2028.

I am in perimenopause at 53yrs young. I have taken berberine, chromium, ALA and Cinnamon extract before separately. It is nice to have all these ingredients combined into one pill. I take these pills in the morning on an empty stomach with a full glass of water as directed. I have experienced no sort of stomach upset or discomfort. In the past, when I have taken chromium supplements alone, and have had a slightly negative reaction. I haven’t had that experience with these pills. It may be the combination of all the elements combined in this pill that has diminished a negative reaction. My holistic health prescriber had recommended berberine as a supplement in the past to assist with my bothersome cholesterol issues, so I do have some confidence in its efficacy. The combination of ingredients in the pill is meant to assist with craving control and blood sugar regulation. Whether these pills can reduce my cravings for cookies or other sweets is really a pretty tall order. Any pill that can actually do that is probably worth a fortune. Whether this Yashy Metabolic Confidence is capable of this miracle is yet to be experienced. The pills, although relatively expensive for a 30-day supply, are very poorly packaged. The label was pasted on upside down to a very flimsy bottle. After opening the bottle, a ragged looking piece of cotton sat atop the enclosed pills. Whether this is fair or not, this outward packaging does not inspire confidence in the overall quality of the item.
