Excellent value and do the job completely. I feel like these have helped my post partum recovery physically as well as reduced my hair loss / shedding during this phase as well. They do not give me heartburn or have any “vitamin” taste left in the back of my throat. They’re easy to swallow and not excessively large in size…. I work in the medical field and did EXTENSIVE research on prenatals before I got these. I read “Commercially Available Prenatal Vitamins Do Not Meet American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Nutritional Guidelines” a study done by the NIH which did a vitamin content analysis of a bunch of vitamins on Amazon and these were number one, superior to Thorne and Ritual. Just goes to show that the markup you pay is oftentimes for fancy packaging, buzz words, and podcast ads.

They’re pretty decent
These work super well! Be sure to eat plenty of food prior to taking these because, they will make you vomit due to its high vitamin content! The scent is what gets me they don’t taste like anything but the way they smell doesn’t sit right. If you eat plenty of food prior then you’ll be fine and you’ll notice you have a little extra energy which is nice!

These do exactly what you need them to do. I searched high and low for a prenatal that had iron in it, and this was one of the only affordable ones I could find. Love that they are softgel. The bottle has lasted me a while, considering I only take them every other day. Would definitely recommend. Taste fine, haven’t noticed any side effects. Go down easily with water.
