First, I never have had Vitamin E soft gels this large. They are larger, but easy to swallow. Great Vitamin E especially to use for skin care as well as what it was produced for to supplement, Vitamin E helpful in your brain helps protect cell membranes, because its antioxidant function shields the fat in your cell membrane from harmful oxidation. Very beneficial to our immune systems. On soft gel used for facial skin care is sufficient routine nightly after cleaning my face. The next day my skin is supple and moisturized. Take this as a oral supplement and be creative with it for skin and OTHER parts of your body that need moisturized. Be creative and it will add even more to the value.
