Big pills, but worth it for me
I really like this compound supplement. It’s ideal for memory and energy, along with skin/nail health and even a little fat loss.I’ve experienced a mild uptick in energy levels, probably thanks to the NMN. I haven’t recorded much weight loss, but that wasn’t my goal.I really needed to find ways to get more collagen in my diet. It’s so vital for healing, along with skin, hair and nail health. This is probably the easiest way to get a decent amount of collagen in your diet.My gripes: It’s pricier than I’d like and you have to take 3 very large capsules for each serving. If you have issues with large pills, this isn’t the supplement for you.

Too much B12
My absolute pet peeve with supplements these days is that so many of them primarily advertise themselves as one type of supplement–in this case, NMN, Resveratrol, and Collagen–and then dump in an extreme amount of some other vitamin or mineral. In this case, taking the dose recommended gets you 4,167% of your daily value of B-12. If you happen to be taking any other supplements that also pull this stunt, you’re probably going to end up with a B12 od (meeting the “extremely high doses” standard) or best case scenario you’re just paying for expensive yellow pee as your body is just passing out all that extra, unnecessary B12. If they could just avoid putting in excessive levels of B12, I’d be much happier with this supplement. A dose is 3 pills, so you could theoretically take less, but the levels of NMN (the main advertised ingredient in this supplement) are already lower than they should be, so cutting the dose would make that even less as well. The bottle does look premium and they promise that it is tested in the US, though not made in the US, and that they follow good manufacturing processes. It’s mostly allergen free except for fish. If they could fix their amounts–higher NMN, lower B12, I would definitely bump up my stars.

I started these and noticed how easy they were to swallow. It says 2 per adult, I did not have an upset stomach myself or any IBS issues caused by this. I did not notice an increase of energy so far, but i am only on week 2. I think the value for the money is right on. It has no taste when swallowing and i didn’t experience and haven’t any AR issues either. I will continue to try these and update.

Horbaach strikes again. I’ve tried a number of their products both through Amazon vine and purchasing them on my own dime and am very impressed with the company. They’ve all been high quality products that are manufactured in the USA with GMPcertifications and sometimes organic at a great price. I’ve taken other NMN supplements before and to be honest, it’s tough to tell if they’re effective or not as the benefits are things you would only slightly notice. As someone who’s getting older and have read up on the potential benefits I’m willing to roll the dice on them and if any company’s works I’d trust this one. I also appreciate that this one includes collagen which is known for helping with many things. They’re easy to swallow with no after taste or after effects and you get a 40 day supply from the bottle. I get that I may sound like a shill or something and too positive, but this company is very legit in my opinion and I’d suggest trying this for any folks who are interested in NMN supplements

For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count.This product is made in the US and states that it is 3rd party tested. Unfortunately there isn’t much additional information about 3rd party testing in a detailed certificate of analysis for quantities of the stated ingredients at this time which is pretty common. Some companies occasionally post it but it is unfortunately rare for most of them.The product recommended serving size is 3 capsules which gives 40doses. It contains NMN complex, NAD+, other longevity components like quercetin and resveratrol, as well as a collagen blend from bovine, fish, chicken and eggshell. So not vegetarian as is usually the case for many collagen sources.The tablets are standard sized and fairly easy to take and I didn’t notice any unpleasant reactions or side effects so far. It is hard to say if I can tell any specific positive benefits at this time having taken it for a while but these effects can be difficult for me to notice.Pricewise it seems like a good deal for the many components.

I’ve been curious about NMN supplements, and I like that this one combines NMN with resveratrol and collagen instead of being a completely standalone formula. It’s an interesting combination, especially if you’re already taking several different supplements and would rather consolidate where you can.The capsules are straightforward and easy to work into a daily routine. The other ingredients list is also relatively short, with gelatin capsules, silica, plant-based cellulose, and vegetable magnesium stearate.One thing worth pointing out is the 1500 mg on the front of the bottle. Since this is marketed as an NMN complex that also contains resveratrol and a multi-collagen peptide blend, I would definitely look closely at the Supplement Facts panel before assuming that means you’re getting 1500 mg of NMN itself. With combination supplements, I always want to know exactly how much of each individual ingredient I’m actually taking.This also isn’t the kind of supplement where I expect to take it for a few days and suddenly feel dramatically different. NMN is something I’d evaluate over a longer period rather than trying to judge it based on an immediate effect.Overall, I like the convenience of having NMN, resveratrol, and collagen together, and the capsule format is much easier for me than adding another powder to the routine. I just wish combination supplements like this always made the individual amounts of the headline ingredients crystal clear.

This Horbäach NMN Supplement comes in an opaque plastic bottle that is not brittle and has some give to it. I really like this kind of bottle since I don’t have to worry about it cracking if I accidently drop it on my tile floor. The supplemnt comes with an intact foil safety seal under a simple screw on lid. The lid is prettty large so it is easy to reach into the bottle for capsules without having to dump them into your hand. I really like that these supplements are tested in the USA. It gives my confidence in the quality of the ingredients. The capsules themselves have no real discernable odor or taste which I like. The capuses are not very large so they are pretty easy to swallow too.
