Helped noticeably with my bloating after 3 weeks
After taking this consistently for about three weeks, I can say that it has definitely helped with my bloating and digestive discomfort after eating. It contains both digestive enzymes and probiotics, and although probiotics can sometimes cause additional bloating for me, I haven’t experienced that at all with this one.At $9.99 for 60 capsules, I think the price is very reasonable considering how well it has worked for me. It needs some assurances
I did a little research into the brand before I ordered it and they are a legitimate company unlike a lot of others that I have seen that sold lots of miscellaneous products and their one repackaged supplement. And while I did try one of the capsules, I couldn’t bring myself to try more. I thought being a legit supplement manufacturer would be enough for me to feel at ease and that they supplied lower cost supplements because they didn’t pay for certification or 3rd party testing. I thought their in-house testing was enough for me but it’s not. I tried this because I was on antibiotics and basically needed to reestablish my gut flora and thought the stars were aligned. I took one and didn’t experience any side effects but the confidence to take more than that wasn’t there. Third party testing and other credentials give a lot of us confidence to take supplements at their word. Taking a supplement long term without those assurances is like gambling with your health. So while I had no digestive issues and was pleased with the listed ingredients and that only one capsule was needed instead of multiple capsules, I would rather buy a product with 3rd party approval and demonstrative results. Is it easy to use? Undoubtedly. The capsule isn’t a horse pill sized monstrosity. It’s normal sized and easy to swallow. I just couldn’t bring myself to take it long term since I already have liver and kidney issues. The company is positively reviewed for many of their supplements so if this is enough for you, and you’re healthy, then you might consider this an option. If you know you have qualms about uncertified supplements, don’t let the price tag sway you because you’ll more likely not finish them, making the per pill cost higher than a name brand supplement.

My wife has been using digestive enzymes for a few years now to help with some issues. These seem to pack everything into one small package, so that looked interesting. One of the best things about these is the size of the capsules. These are quite a bit smaller than the ones she usually gets and are much easier to swallow. I’ve heard a lot about digestive enzymes lately and with my slow digestion I figured I’d give them a try. I have to say I think they’ve helped. I take them about 30 minutes before any bigger meal, usually dinner or before I’m about to eat something not so healthy and I feel like things move along better and I feel better. Not like a laxative though. They’re easy to take and haven’t given any bad side effects. Worth a try
