I feel better than I have in years
I’ve had abnormal liver function tests for years. They haven’t been horribly off from normal, but enough the doctor diagnosed fatty liver disease. This seems like a solid liver support supplement if you’re specifically looking for a capsule-based option. I like that it combines ingredients like milk thistle in a simple formula and that it’s labeled non-GMO and gluten free. Feel more energy and less groggy
I am a beer drinker and now that I’m in my 40s I’m starting to think of natural ways to better myself. I had heard of the benefits of milk thistle and decided to give it a try. I was to a point of feeling groggy all the time and exhausted. Like I didn’t sleep enough at night. I read that could be a sign of a fatty liver. I’ve been taking these for almost 2 months now. I take one a day in the morning. I feel more energy and less groggy and tired. There was no side effects I could tell. Didn’t make me sick at all. They stink a little bit you don’t taste it or smell it on yourself. They are very easy to swallow also. Took pictures by a sharpie cap for size reference. I’m gonna keep using this bottle until it’s gone. Might stop for a bit and see if I feel worse after stopping. If so I will definitely be getting more. They were well within the expiration date as well.

Gentle on the Stomach From a Brand I Trust
I’ve used several Horbäach supplements over the years and have generally had good experiences with the brand, so I felt comfortable trying this liver support formula. So far, this one has been easy on my stomach with no side effects like unpleasant aftertaste or digestive issues, which is something I always pay attention to with supplements like this. Also no direct impact to my energy levels that I noticed.The ingredient profile is solid for a basic liver support supplement, especially with the included milk thistle and the fact that it’s non-GMO, gluten free, and vegetarian friendly. The capsules are also easy to swallow.I obviously can’t make any dramatic health claims regarding it, but I recently had a DEXA scan done and my visceral fat level came back lower than I expected. I can’t say for certain the effectiveness of this supplement contributed to that, but it definitely didn’t hurt anything either and it has fit well into my overall health routine.For the price, quality, and brand reputation, this feels like a good value. Milk thistle vitamin C and not much else
I’ll give the supplement credit as it highlights the milk thistle first. This 600mg is a decent clinical studied effective dose. It also had enough of vitamin C.One the other side the rest of the ingredients in their blend are obscure, but the math makes it clear they are severely under-dosed, so much so you can ignore them.Pros:- easy to swallow pill- good dose of milk thistle- unflavored, virtually no taste- costCons:- expensive given the low dosage of every other ingredient- proprietary blends in supplements are terrible because then you don’t know the doses of each element and if they are using clinically effective doses or not.- the bold text highlight “herbal equivalent of 7,650mg” it’s deceiving at best. It’s virtually the equivalent of saying say: “100g of coconut milk is the equivalent of 10,000g of coconut”. Sure it needed that much raw fruit, but you’re still ONLY getting the coconut milk.I didn’t experience any weight loss or additional energy while taking this. But milk thistle has several studies you can read. No energy increase either.Overall I am giving it 3-3.5 stars due to the cost. If you acknowledge going in this is mainly/just vitamin c and milk thistle this is decent for that. If it was more expensive I’d give it 1-2 stars due to the minimal amounts of everything else.Cautiously recommended as a milk thistle supplement.

Great as always
You really need to take this on a consistent basis to be able to tell if this is helping with your liver detox. When I see the supplement through the pill. It makes me feel like I have better absorption. The pill is slightly bigger than others but it goes down very easy in the capsule. I take other supplements by this brand, so l trust them by the effects of the others. I cannot speak to energy improvement or inflammation. I just think I will always be tired. If you want to try milk thistle, I recommend this brand 10/10.
