A Decent Joint Health Supplement
This is a pretty decent joint formula, with omega-3 fats, along with glucosamine and chondroitin. It includes the sulfate form of glucosamine, rather than the cheaper HCl form, which is preferable.This formula contains quite a few of the standard joint-health supplements that have been shown to work. I run and exercise a lot, and have regularly since 2000. I believe glucosamine and other supplements have helped me remain able to run and exercise just as much today as I did then.The pills have no real taste or smell, and I haven’t encountered fish burps.The only main issues I have are these two. I don’t like that they contain soybean oil. There is really no need for this. Also they don’t have vitamin E or another preservative. I would personally refirgerate this to keep the fish oil fresh over time.The price is fair and Horbaach is a reputable and tested brand, and one of my “go to” supplement brands. Overall, it’s not a bad omega-3 and joint health supplement.

This is an anti-inflammatory joint support supplement containing fish oil, glucosamine, chondroitin, and collagen peptides type 1 and 3.The supplement is gluten, wheat, yeast, milk and lactose free. The soft gels are a little bit big. If you’re looking for a joint support supplement this works really well and it’s easy to take. It does not have an overly fishy taste or smell.A serving size is two soft gels so the bottle will last 60 days.Per serving you get 1,000 mg of fish oil and 850 mg of joint support. It does not actually itemize how much glucosamine or chondroitin is in this.

Works for women too
I wanted to try this joint support supplement even though it’s marketed specifically for men, because I don’t think joint support should be limited to one gender. The combination of glucosamine and omega-3 fatty acids makes this an interesting addition to my daily supplement routine.The softgels are easy enough to incorporate into my day, and I appreciate that the formula is non-GMO and gluten-free. I’m not sure why this is marketed for men, looking at the ingredients list I don’t see anything that could help biologically distinct parts of male human physiology.Cutting through the marketing, this is targeting multiple angles for joint health. This formula combines fish oil with a joint support blend, and each part contributes something different. The omega‑3s (EPA and DHA) help with overall joint comfort and day‑to‑day mobility, with EPA being the one most associated with feeling less stiff and DHA supporting the tissues around the joint. The glucosamine and chondroitin are the classic pair for supporting the cushioning in your joints, helping things feel smoother over time. The collagen peptides round it out by supporting the connective tissues that keep joints stable. Altogether, it’s a straightforward mix of ingredients that each play a role in keeping joints feeling supported.The fish oil in this is purified and slightly concentrated judging from the epa/dha amounts in the total volume. I do take fish oil in the morning and at night, so this counts for the morning serving.At 2 softgels per serving, this is a 2 month supply. I take these in the morning right after breakfast. I like the idea behind this one because it combines several things commonly taken separately for joint support into just two softgels a day. You get fish oil with omega-3s along with glucosamine, chondroitin, and Types I & III collagen peptides.Looking at the actual label, a two-softgel serving contains 1,000 mg of purified fish oil, providing 550 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, including 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA. That’s something I appreciate seeing clearly broken down because “1,000 mg fish oil” doesn’t necessarily mean 1,000 mg of omega-3s.There’s also an 850 mg joint support blend containing glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, and collagen peptides. My only complaint here is that it’s a blend, so the label doesn’t tell you exactly how much of each individual ingredient you’re getting. I would much rather see those amounts listed separately.The softgels are easy enough to incorporate into a daily routine, and with 120 in the bottle and a serving size of two, you get a full 60-day supply.One thing worth knowing is that these contain fish, soy, gelatin, and beeswax, so despite being gluten-free and non-GMO, they’re obviously not suitable for everyone.Overall, I like having the omega-3s and several joint-focused ingredients together instead of taking multiple separate supplements. As with most joint supplements, though, this isn’t something I’d expect to evaluate after just a few doses. At around $16, I think this is a reasonably priced combination supplement. Two softgels provide 550 mg of EPA and DHA, plus an 850 mg joint support blend containing glucosamine, chondroitin, and collagen peptides.I like the convenience of getting omega-3s and joint-support ingredients together, but I wish the label disclosed the individual amounts of glucosamine, chondroitin, and collagen. Since all three share an 850 mg blend, I question whether each ingredient is present in a meaningful amount for effectiveness.The omega-3 concentration is also fairly modest. There are more concentrated fish oils that provide considerably more EPA and DHA with fewer pills.Overall, the $16 price makes it a decent value, especially for someone looking for basic omega-3 and joint support in one product. However, I would personally prefer a higher-potency omega-3 and a separate, properly dosed joint supplement with complete ingredient transparency.

Big but still easy to swallow, decent price for joint support supplement
This is a pretty good value for a men’s joint support supplement. I have had arthritis in my elbows and knees for a while, and so far I am pretty happy with this supplement. It contains omega 3 fatty acids, EPA, and DHA, which from my research are all recommended for good joint support. I have only been using it for about a week, so haven’t yet had a chance to notice much effect yet, but since I have started, I have not been noticing quite as much tennis elbow that I have all the time, so perhaps it is working well. I am giving 5 stars for the price of 16.99 USD for a 60 day supply which is a pretty good value for a joint support supplement. I haven’t experienced any unpleasant or noticeable side effects, odor, or taste. The gel caps, while they are about 1 inch long each, are easy for me to swallow without any problems. I also have not noticed any unpleasant burps, as can sometimes happen with supplements. It does recommend taking with food, which may help mitigate that as well.

Another Big Pill to Swallow
I do a lot of manual labor to keep up my health. Farmer strong if you will. I am very healthy, but noticedy my joints are sometimes ‘tired’.Taking these. Of course will take a while to see results, if I even notice 😎But science is on the side of these. Large, but not difficult to swallow. The bottle smells fishy.So far so good.I use Horbaach for most my supplements. Clean, non GMO, good value.
