Just my take on taking any supplement
I am very sensitive to any medication or supplements to begin with, so trying these for the first time was no different. When given even a prescription, I ALWAYS start with less than prescribed, to see if I will react to it. When I started this, I took actually took 2 capsules as stated on the bottle because it was actually less than the recommended dose of 1000mg, and 2 of these are 600mg. I did this for the first week and I took them at the same time all during that week. Then by the second week, I noticed some digestive irritability. So, I decided to only take one a day. I am on my third week, and I started feeling better. I might even just take them every other day, as to not overload my body with any substance. Anyways, I hope this helps those that are questioning this antioxidant/anti-inflammatory supplement, because with any medication, always do your research to know if it has the possibility of being helpful, and what will not.
