    Swallowed first pill yesterday

    Swallowed first pill yesterday. Gagged. It got stuck in a bad place in my throat. Suggest that you do what I will do the next time I ingest this pill:Cut in half; and or take with food already in your mouth or at least drink FIRST, so as to not have a dry passageway. Other than that I do not have enough experience with this supplement to comment on its benefit.

    I think this actually works

    I don’t often review the supplements I order because I can’t pinpoint which are actually working but rather they work together for good results. However, two of the supplements I take that I can say have a definite positive effect is Red Yeast Rice which has significantly reduced my cholesterol and this MSM. My knees were getting so painful. I’ve been taking this MSM for several months and a couple weeks ago I realized the pain in my knees has substantially reduced. The tablets aren’t small but I think the coating adds to ease of swallowing. I don’t know how much of a problem it would be for people with a sensitive gag reflex but I have no difficulty taking them. These are a great addition to my supplement regimen.

    Took 1 point off for the size of the tablet. Tablets are big and I chop in half to take, otherwise a good product. In order for this to absorb, must take with a vitamin c

    Helps my knee pain so much!

    I’ve had both knees replaced in the past 4 1/2 yrs and this MSM has helped me so much in the healing process! I can definitely tell a difference when I don’t take it. I got one of my friend’s to try it and he loves it too! He ran out just before a vacation and I gave him some of mine to take so he wouldn’t be miserable. I wouldn’t be without it!
