    Great but almost too potent lol

    I have been taking this supplement for two days now. Today, I noticed that my urine was neon yellow after taking it an hour before. I also noticed that I was kinda crampy from it. Since I’m only taking two new supplements, one being garlic, I’m guessing this one is causing the neon pee since it comes from too much riboflavin in the body. To remedy this, I’m not going to take the two capsules tomorrow, then take only one capsule of the supplement on Sunday(the following day) to see if this stops the neon pee and cramps.I’m writing this in case someone else has this same reaction to this supplement. I hope it helps you if you have this reaction. Other than this, I think it’s still a great supplement. Just maybe even too potent for my system.Update 4/9/24: I have been taking this supplement for about one week now. I’m currently taking two capsules per day without any issues. I’m not sure why it caused that in the beginning, but I’m doing well now. I haven’t really noticed any changes, but it has only been one week. There may be a slight improvement in my ability to cope with stress, but that’s about it. I hope this review helps you make a decision about whether to buy this supplement.

    Good product but awful taste and smell

    The product is great in getting the necessary fruit and veggies. I take it with a drink that has flavor to cover up the taste and try not to breathe while taking it because it’s not appealing in those areas.

    Awesome..

    Wasn’t sure about this at first but after taking for a while I am convinced it works. Very happy with this purchase. Although it says take two a day I have only been taking one and I feel it’s making me feel better. The smell isn’t great but it’s not too bad..

    Excellent Product full of Good Things

    I recently had to adopt a 1000-1500 calorie daily diet. I seriously wondered how to get all the fruits and veggies into that limited diet. MEGA fruits and veggies was the perfect answer. They are good, non-GMO and Vegetarian. Two capsules per day, bottle lasts 50 days at a reasonable price. Also no chemicals. No stomach upset or digestive problems. Healthy.

    I take these daily. I have not noticed any difference in my digestion. All though I have had labs and they came back ok. It’s super easy just to take a few pills than it is to eat a plate of veggies. Very easy to use.

    If you can get past the taste you’ll be good , when you first put them in your mouth you get a taste of grass Lolol , I was skeptical buying supplements from Amazon. They came in just fine, the product inside came in all the “pills” each have the same amount in them. I’m giving this brand a try , so far I like them 🙂
