I did some research and found that this along with folic acid, magnesium, and cod liver oil were all helpful to boost memory along with a low carb diet. Gel-caps are big, but easy to swallow.
I’ve been taking these MCT Oil caps for two months, and I cannot say I feel any different than before. But that’s the case with most supplements. But I don’t feel any worse, either. The gel-caps are fairly large, but easy to take with water. Caps do tend to stick together in the bottle, so I’ve learned to tap the bottle on the counter before attempting to dispense one. With that trick in mind, I have no complaints about these MCT Oil capsules.

Soft gels arrived fused together
I believe in the benefits of this product, but unfortunately all the softgels arrived stuck together and tear when separated, causing them to leak. I hope Horbäach can find a way to prevent this issue.
