    These work very well

    These work very well for anyone who tends to have constipation on a daily basis. I take them with every meal. They definitely help to keep me regular. I take 1-2 with every meal. They are much cheaper than the “other” brand of oxygenated magnesium.

    Changing my review

    Initially, I was shocked with how much magnesium there was in the product, still don’t fully know how much I’m taking which would be nice to get addressed, but I realize after breaking capsules and taking 3/4 people in my Trying Low Oxalates group take way more than the RDA and more than I. People can be very deficient especially if they were or are eating high Oxalate foods. My kids and I are taking this bit by bit if we need fast acting magnesium. I now believe what I experienced early on with fast heart rate had to do with oxalates dumping, I no longer get heart palpitations with this after reducing and moving up slowly by breaking capsules and putting bits on my finger as needed after I take about 3/4 a capsule. I plan to move up more from there eventually.

    I’ve tried a lot of magnesium supplements and this one has been the best. I don’t get any of the side effects that you do with other products.
