Hormone migraine relief
I’ve struggled with migraines my whole life and magnesium is always one of the first things doctors suggest trying. Well, I did… 15 years ago but my migraine were so out of control that nothing seemed to help. Now, I understand my migraine patterns and have found effective treatments for me. This has led me to recognize I definitely get a migraine the day before or first day of my period. Decided to try magnesium again since its supposed to be the most effective for those kind. I noticed a difference about 2 months in. Sometime I still get one- usually when other triggers are involved- but they are no where near as strong. My neurologist just had me increase from 250 to 500 mg a day so we’ll see if that makes a difference. I don’t have any stomach issues with it but I’m also on medications that cause the opposite effect so things kind of balance out.

Good quality and cheaper than a certain drug store.
I got this instead of going through a certain national drug store chain because it was cheaper. They are easy to swallow and after a few weeks, the leg cramps went away.

Fairly large capsules
These are fairly large capsules for anyone that has problems swallowing pills. I have to take four of these at a time and if I don’t space them out they get stuck going down sometimes. Other than that they work like a charm and I love this brand. For the price you can’t beat it.
