    These magnesium supplements have some good features. They are 100 mg in the serving size of 2 gummies. That allows me the flexibility to easily modify the amount I want to take. Since I take them to help with sleep, I can take more or less depending on my needs. The gummies also have a nice chewable texture and a pleasant berry taste, so easy to take. They are also made and lab tested in the USA, which I consider a real plus. And at this price point, they are a reasonable value as well for this quality product.

    Tasty, easy way to get 100mg of magnesium.

    These magnesium glycinate gummies are surprisingly tasty! They have a sour, tart berry flavor with a light sugar coating. They’re sweet, but not overwhelmingly sugary, and I really like the taste and texture.Most importantly, they’re SO much nicer than swallowing giant magnesium horse pills. 😂 Apparently I am an adult who still doesn’t want to swallow nasty pills, so gummies make it much easier for me to actually take magnesium consistently.Each serving (2 pieces) provides 100 mg of magnesium as magnesium glycinate. I tend to wake up in the middle of the night, and on the nights I’ve taken these, I’ve noticed myself sleeping through more consistently. I also didn’t wake up feeling like I had been knocked into a deep slumber or feeling icky and groggy the next morning, which I appreciate. That said, I definitely need to take them for a longer period and more consistently before I can fairly judge whether they’re making a meaningful difference in my overall sleep quality.One random consideration: I have Invisalign, and since these are chewy gummies, they’re obviously a little more annoying than a pill if I’ve already put my trays in. I imagine anyone with braces or similar dental appliances may want to keep that in mind.Overall, for 60 gummies and the convenience of actually enjoying taking my magnesium, I think they’re worth it. They taste good, are easy to take, and my early experience with them has been positive. I’ll update after I’ve used them consistently for longer and can better compare my sleep quality.

    I have used this Horbaach brand for a few years. I have had a positive experience with their nutritional supplements and vitamins. The quality is high and the prices are reasonable. I like how they are an established and trusted brand. I had not tried any of their gummy supplements before. I was happy to try this one as I always prefer the glycinate form of magnesium. It works well with my body. This form of magnesium is highly “bioavailable” which means the magnesium is easily absorbed in the body.These gummies tasted pleasant for a “sour” gummy. I do not usually enjoy sour gummies but these were just slightly tart (no unpleasant sour flavor) with a slight sweetness. I was pleased that the gummy was fresh and had a great mouth feel and chew. The consistency was good. These did not stick to my teeth. I look forward to taking these each evening. They do not make me sleepy right away. They give me a gradual calm and relaxed feeling. I take 2 before I watch a movie with my husband and then by the end of the movie I am slightly sleepy but in a natural way. I do not feel like I am exhausted. I like taking these as they seem to assist with lessening the severity of my leg cramps and migraines. I would purchase these again and I recommend them.
