Horbach Lithium Orotate works for me
Horbachs Lithium Orotate works for me. I have Bipolar type 2 with ADHD. I’ve been on medications for 18 years, recently diagnosed with low T4 Thyroid. I’m NOT giving medical advice, but Lithium Carbonate over time can potentially cause problems with the thyroid, so I switched to the over counter solution and it absolutely works for me.Horbachs product has the best value over anyone else product I’ve seen. This my 4th order in 3 months. I recommend trying this product if lithium orotate works for your situation.I experience 90% or greater reduction in my migraines and depression mood headaches. My cognitive skills improve, I am able to deal with the world around me. I take higher than recommended dosage to obtain a “near normal” brain function on med doctor approval, as recommended doses of Lithium Orotate are less than effective for me. There maybe others looking for an inexpensive, non salt carbonate lithium product, that allows lithium to cross the blood brain barrier and do its job, this product works for me.

Not the best lithium orotate supplement
I’ve been taking lithium orotate for quite some time now, I used the same dosage, but a different brand, and it helped me to be more relaxed and calm, made it so much easier to deal with everyday annoyances. When I tried this brand for the first time, I felt I had a bit of a meltdown, got very emotional, anxious, and irritated, at first I though maybe something was off with my hormones or I’m just tired, then after a little bit of time I went back to the other brand, all was great. Then took Hornbäach, my anxiety was much more pronounced, I still didn’t think it had anything to do with the supplement. Now a couple of days ago, after taking another brand, I took this again- and again had this weird emotional response. I don’t know if the dose is not what is stated or there is something else with this supplement, but the quality is lacking. Also, several of the capsules in the bottle were open, and the powder was spilled. Very disappointed with this product, definitely wasted my money, especially considering I made a mistake of ordering 2 packages…

I’ve used this now for several weeks and slowly increased my dosage up to 20mg that is reccommeded for sleep–you may need less and as tolerated. It’s not a miracle cure but does indeed help.I trust this brand. They give sensible dosing on their vitamins and supplements, reasonably priced, and quality products.
