Dissolves quick.
It has always been a little tricky with some of my cats to mix anything in their food and have it go undetected. I have had a couple that could sniff out anything. This dissolves very quickly and so far, everyone has eaten it. All of the cats I care for have been dropped off, so they all have some health problems. I am using this to help their immunity and try to keep them healthy. I even put some in on the dry food I put outside for the strays that show up. I wish there was a scoop attached to the container so I would not have to use mine. Long term I hope this helps since I have read that L-Lysine is beneficial to supporting the immune system.

Amazing product!
Best one I have tried. It dissolves so easy, cost for the amount is unbeatable. No scoop included but I just use a measuring spoon or one of the mass amount of little spoons i have left over from viralys. for the price and quality, the spoon is not important. I have mixed this with food and/or water and both dissolve fast. Sprinkle on hard food, it attaches great!. I buy this for 2 of my cats; lysine was recommended by their Veterinarian when flareups occur or need a little boost in their immune system. I also add this for a stray colony that calls my backyard their own. i have spent so much money for the colony when buying viralys lysine and I hated that it wouldn’t attach nicely to the hard food and it wouldn’t fully dissolve in water no matter how much I mixed it. In my experience, this is a superior product because it is easy to dissolve. Indoor and outdoor Cats haven’t complained or refused to eat it with food/water.

Definitely the lysine supplement you want to choose for your cat – especially the picky ones
i got it right the first time with this one luckily. It’s huge well over a years worth, i just bought this over a year ago and just threw out more than half bc it expired, im sure it was still good im just weird about that so I figured just get a new one. So stupidly i start looking and buy a different one and now she’s just taking a bite and walking away from it, just came back to buy this again now. My cat started sneezing here and there awhile back and someone suggested this. It definitely worked she rarely sneezes at all. She’s super picky and i absolutely cannot slip anything into her food. She’s 14, over the years i’ve tried vitamins or maybe medication once, whatever i put in her food she immediately won’t touch it. Was worried but whatever figured try another. This must be completely tasteless bc she doesn’t even realize. This is the only thing ever she will eat in her food and it was working was stupid to buy another brand, i’m so used to her not realizing anything i forgot how she won’t at all. So if you’re in need for a lysine supplement for your cat and we all know how most are this is most definitely the one you want to go with. I’d put 1/8 tsp everyday and she’d eat it as if it wasn’t there everyday and it works I highly recommend

I’ve used lysine powder, many different forms, some beef flavored some maple flavored paste, my cats not really like that one for years in my rescuing, but I have a sick kitty with a cold or upper respiratory infection, or when winter comes around to boost their immune system and I have a sick kitty that I take care of a stray outside. I also added some of this to the pumpkin I had for my cat inside her upset, stomach and diarrhea and the outside kitty had a really bad upper upper respiratory with his nose, all snotty and kind of wheezy breathing and make sure you look up the recommended dose for their weight. Otherwise they can get nauseous and vomit but When you use it properly, you can sprinkle in the water on their wet or dry food. My cats are picky and they don’t mind it on the dry food or in the water. I don’t really think it has a scent or a taste so it doesn’t bother my cats and it’s already helping them feel better. Great product for the amount you get for the price

Solidifies when wet
It solidifies when wet! I mix my l-lysine with the food which made it solidify. Had to break it down once in the food. After the first time, I mixed it in water before putting it in the food. They didn’t seem to notice a difference so I assume they didn’t taste anything in the flavor.

Cat with chronic upper respiratory infection and returning customer!!
We purchased this Lysine three times already, each purchase lasts us about a year since we only have one cat, I’m sure it will still be good value if you have multiple pets. Our cat has chronic Upper respiratory infection, and every time we would take him to the vet, due to the stress (he hates car rides) his condition will activate making his eye teary and red around the eyes after each visit, making it a double edged sword trip BUT let me tell youuuuuuu- after we switched to this Lysine, he has not gotten sick!! This definitely has boosted his immune system and we did check with the vet the first time and they gave us a green light to continue giving this brand to him with the proper dosages ofc. And has worked wonders so far, this is our 4th purchase, 100% recommend!
