I have nerve pain and have trouble falling and staying asleep, but when I take L-Lysine, I do get the sleep that I need, and it also helps me stay asleep, and my nerve pain is controlled, this is the second bottle I purchased and it has been working for me. The pills are easy to swallow, they don’t have an after taste, and don’t have a scent to them. I also think that you get your monies worth for the amount of pills that come in the bottle (100 pills) and all you need to take is 2 pills, this brand Horbäach is amazing!

Never get a cold sore breakout or herpes again. Make sure it’s free form version
L-lysine is the best thing for cold sores or if you have it herpes outbreaks. I use to get cold sores on my lip kinda a lot and got it from kissing some dirty girls mouth unfortunately when I was a teenager. It’s embarrassing cause you get labeled for it. I started taking L-lysine because I read it’s and autoimmune disease and boosting your immune system helps prevent it. If you take and make sure it’s the free form version of L-lysine, I haven’t had a break out in years. Take a 1000mg a day and you will in about 3 to 5 days will never have another breakout ever again if you continue to take regularly.

First time ever taking this supplement I do find them effective for my nervous system and skin issues. However the coat that’s on them I don’t like it makes me want to gag.
