Highly effective topical treatment for acne
I started adding a drop of this to my face moisturizer morning and night since gotu kola is anti-inflammatory. I have had less pimples and pimples go away quicker. I also put a drop of this on pimples as a spot treatment and it gets rid of pimples quicker than anything else I have tried, especially for cysts. It is so effective that my pimples often go away without needing to pop them which helps avoid scars. This also seems to help my skin heal quicker after popping a pimple.

Using topically
I use this topically, on my abdomen, as a pregnant female because I read it was found to help prevent an outbreak of stretch marks. I started applying it in a mixture of equal parts rose hip oil, vitamin e oil, and shea butter (all other good ingredients I’ve heard prevent stretch marks): I think it may be working. The gotu kola oil is very dark and has an earthy kind of vegetable-like smell to it that I’m not a fan of, but overall I think this was a good purchase and not expensive so not complaining!

Bad flavor and didn’t work for me
I really like this brand but it did not work for me and had a different flavor and texture from The wild and organic brand that really works and puts me to sleep, so I was disappointed. It may work for others, but did nothing for me. I’ll stay with the wild and organic brand.
