D-mannose powder (not capsules) very effective
There are sooo many reviews on D-mannose that I would be only going over All the great reviews on this powder (sugar.) I have bought this particular item several times. For a person who was on antibiotics every 6 weeks for uti’s that is not the case anymore. I am a kidney transplant patient as well, and have found my release from antibiotics for a long time. Follow the instructions, check with your primary or Urologist etc first for if you have had your gall bladder removed this product may not be advisable. It is the sugar that attaches to the bladder so when the ecoli (bacteria) that commonly causes the uti the ecoli attaches to the sugar on the bladder, and is flushed away with the urine. So diabetics should watch glucose levels and gall bladder removal may have problems with the pancreas. CHECK first with your doctor. Also for me the capsule form was not effective for me so I tried the powder form, and that took effect. Also if one is on an antibiotic for treatment of an uti use the antibiotics first, and then begin using D-mannose after the infection is gone. D-mannose is a preventive measure Not a treatment, and should be taken on an empty stomach. I hope you have great success with this product.

Expensive, But Best I Have Tried
If you look through my reviews, you’ll see a few cheaper brands of D-Mannose that I have been using regularly for years, from Nutricost to the “Bulk” Supplement brand. However, recently I have been unhappy with the (lack of) effectiveness of all of them, and so after a little research I decided to try this one by Horbäach. This one works better than any of the others I’ve tried, and has really given me some long-needed relief.I do not even know exactly what the D-Mannose here is derived from, nor am I familiar with the Horbäach company, although I did look at their website before ordering this. All I can say for now is that they must be doing something very right. This brand is more expensive than the others I’ve tried, but to me it is so worth it.I will continue to use this and if anything changes I will update this review. For now, I am very happy with this product.

Easily dissolves.
It works to stave off infection – but has no properties to kill the infection.It dissolves completely and has no taste of its own. Easy to take.

MY DOCTOR RECOMMENDED D-MANNOSE YEARS AGO. THEY GIVE THIS PRODUCT TO ANIMALS AS WELL, SO I HAVE ALL MY CATS ON IT SINCE I HAVE HAD ONE CAT WITH URINARY TRACT PROBLEMS. No more bladder or kidney issues with regular use of this. I began with a UTI. It cured it in only a couple of days. I continue to use it to keep these issues at bay. Works like a charm. No side effects. The big bottle will last forever even with regular use.
