I was very happy with the performance of this supplement. I took the amount recommended and was happy for about 2 weeks. I had a reaction to the quantity that I took. I had a short period of a fast heart rate from too much for my system. There is a notice about this problem on the Google search. I will restart after I discuss theis with my Doctor and will probably go to 2 capsules per day.
