    Makes Me Feel Like An Alpha Brain…

    If only I could find a supplement that made my brain feel like an Alpha Brain without paying the standard prices for that Alpha Brain ;)I could noticeably and physically feel the effects of this around 30 minutes after taking it. I was looking for something to give me a mental and physical boost mid-day. I had tried a handful of other supplements and none gave me what I wanted. After trying this, I instantly got the boost I needed. I work as an analyst and mostly needed to alleviate brain fog and help power through after lunch. This did the trick for me.

    I’m good with 1 pill only! – Highly Recommend!

    At first glance, you might assume this could be a negative review due to the headache I experienced initially. I started with the recommended dose of two pills, and after three days, I developed a severe headache. I assumed it would subside after the loading stage, considering that many supplements require some time for the body to adjust. However, the headache became unbearable, and I couldn’t function properly.After adjusting the dosage to one pill, everything completely changed. Now, after two weeks, my experience has been incredible! I’m processing information faster, retaining details effortlessly, and speaking more fluently without any brain fog or delay. I feel sharp, clear, and focused throughout the day.I highly recommend starting with one pill to let your body adjust and only increasing if necessary. For me, one pill has been perfect, and I’m sticking with that. This product has been a total game-changer, and I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

    Don’t take a full dose!

    Day one, I took one full capsule, headache after about 2 hours. Day two, half a capsule, was fine and seemed fine, Day 5 after half doses, I forgot to open the capsule and save half away, so I took the whole capsule in error, two hours later and a headache! Just test the dose first is my recommendation.

    With most supplements you can never really be sure if it’s doing anything, but this stuff works as advertised. It makes you feel more energetic and focused, but without any over-caffeinated jittery feeling. This brand seems to be the best value for a full strength formula.

    Test your TMAO if taking this!

    Alpha GPC was strongly recommended to me, especially since I’m vegan, and I took this for several years. Until I had my TMAO tested (at Quest via UltaLabTests.com) and found that it was disturbingly high. TMAO (Trimethylamine N-oxide) is produced by gut bacteria when they digest choline, and it causes increased cardiovascular risk and inflammation, including neuro-inflammation. Unlike eating eggs or seafood, Alpha GPC, especially when taken on an empty stomach, dumps a massive, unshielded, and unnatural wave of free choline into your digestive tract, where your gut bacteria have a field day with it. How much of a problem this is for you depends upon your gut microbiome. But when taking only 200mg a day (and getting virtually no other choline in my diet), my TMAO registered at 18.1, well above the 6.2 preferred range.Consider Citicoline (Cognizin) as a safer nootropic alternative to Alpha GPC, and be wary of ALCAR and other carnitine supplements as well, as carnitine also drives up TMAO.
