Good Taste and Value. Poorly Made Dropper Makes Accurate Dosing Frustrating
I’m here to provide my honest experience and unbiased -picky- opinion. I ordered this because I prefer a liquid supplement over a pill form.The one I received expires on 7/23/28 so there is plenty of time left to use the entire bottle, nice even though it won’t take me that long now that winter is almost here. The box it comes in is plastic wrap sealed, as is the inner neck of the bottle. It is in a dark glass bottle to protect it from light. Unfortunately, it is difficult to see the supplement facts on the bottle since they were unnecessarily printed so small!The dropper has four dose markings. It’s disappointing that the dropper bulb is so cheaply made that even with a full bottle, it will not pull liquid up to the marketing for 1ml, which is only halfway up the glass pipette. No matter how hard I tried, or different technique used, it would only pull up to the .75ml marking. Therefore, having to dose 2ml is tedious and requires THREE attempts to get the full amount.The taste is good actually. I took, and served, it straight from the dropper into the mouth and it has a sweet grape flavor. There is the zinc aftertaste, which I don’t really like, but I think that’s unavoidable.For $20 for 2 fl oz, so $10 an ounce, it is a decent value for the money. Since I will be using the 2ml serving, it has about 30 servings, therefore the worst value yet still only $.67 per serving. If you use less amount of product the value will just keep increasing for you.This is a quality product and I’d recommend it if they hadn’t been so cheap with the dropper bulb. Personally, I wouldn’t purchase it again due to the frustration with serving an accurate amount. Hope this info was helpful!
