18 Ingredients Without 18 Bottles in My Cabinet
I’ve seen wormwood, black walnut, and clove sold separately plenty of times, so what interested me here was getting those along with a much broader botanical blend in one product. With 18 ingredients, including things like garlic, turmeric, oregano, and pumpkin seed, it saves me from having several different bottles taking up space. The softgels are also much more appealing to me than trying to deal with herbal powders or strongly flavored liquid extracts.The softgels have been easy enough to work into my regular supplement routine, and I haven’t had any digestive discomfort from taking them. That’s probably the first thing I pay attention to with a blend containing this many different botanicals. There’s no strong herbal taste to deal with either, which I appreciate considering some of these ingredients aren’t exactly known for tasting great. As far as effectiveness goes, this feels like something that needs consistent use before making any big judgments (I’ve only been using it for 4 days now). So far, I’ve felt good taking it, but I haven’t noticed a dramatic change that I’d confidently attribute to the supplement alone.The 240-count bottle is a big plus because there’s enough here to actually give the formula some time rather than judging it after a couple of weeks. I also like the simplicity of getting such a varied botanical blend in softgel form. I’ll be more interested in how I feel after continued use, but my initial experience has been positive, especially for convenience and how well I’ve tolerated it.

Easy-to-Take
The softgels are easy to swallow, and I like that the bottle contains a good number of capsules. The ingredient blend includes several familiar herbal ingredients, which makes the formula interesting compared with basic single-ingredient supplements. Great Value!
This is a nice, multi-ingredient supplement to complement my diet. The ingredients are clearly listed on the reverse of the packaging; however, the instructions of “take 3 daily” could be more clear. Take 3 at once? Take one with each meal? I had to play around with timing to see what works best for me, and I didn’t love the trial and error. Thankfully, this supplement was well tolerated and caused no side effects for me regardless of how I look it. It helps keep hunger at bay without dramatically dropping my blood sugar or causing shakiness. Furthermore, there is no unpleasant taste or smell. I do find these to be a great value for the cost because you get A LOT of soft gels in the bag. They will last you a long time. I cannot yet speak to effectiveness over time, but my first impression of them is mostly positive. I will continue taking them alongside my GLP1 and ketogenic diet.

The expectations were low, the relief was significant
The bar was low, very low, so low that it was in hell. My expectations weren’t great, but i was absolutely gobsmacked. I have struggled for several years with digestive and abdominal issue; bloating…extreme bloating where I looked 6 months along, stomach gas, unearthly slow digestion, nausea, rapid fullness and more. I expected absolutely zero to happen and if i was lucky mild digestive improvement. I was wrong, incredibly wrong. The improvement was incredible. I still experience some of these issues but to a much less severe degree. There is absolutely no flavor when consuming and no weird taste later in the day when you burp. I did a lot of digging into each ingredient, its purpose, benefits, side effects, etc. I do highly recommend giving this supplement a try, BUT, I would recommend talking with your doctor first as the ingredients can cause issues (as can too much of anything. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing). Many of the ingredients have a recommendation to not use for more than two weeks. The package lacks any such information, so it is your responsibility to do your due diligence. I alternate use every other day so I can extend the use out further before taking a break. I would say this is an incredible bang for your buck if you’re tired of stomach upset and digestive issues. I’ll gladly simply pop 3 little capsules in, and take a break every now and again for some relief, it’s such an easy routine in the morning.

Much easier to take than I expected
With ingredients like wormwood, black walnut, and clove, I was expecting these to have a pretty strong taste or leave something unpleasant behind. I was pleasantly surprised that I haven’t had that issue.The softgels are easy for me to swallow, and I don’t notice a bad aftertaste afterward.
