This is a liver-support supplement with a long ingredient list, so my reaction is mixed.I like seeing familiar ingredients like milk thistle, turmeric, glutathione, NAC, and reishi. Milk thistle and NAC in particular are at least recognizable in this category. But “12-in-1 cleanse and detox” language makes me cautious, because “detox” is one of the most overused words in supplements.👍 Milk thistle amount is identified in the title.👍 Turmeric amount is identified in the title.👍 Includes recognizable ingredients like glutathione, NAC, and reishi.👍 Liver-support category is at least understandable.👍 👎 A 12-in-1 formula may be convenient, but it also makes it harder to know whether each ingredient is meaningfully dosed.👍 👎 “Cleanse” language may appeal to buyers, but I would not treat it as proof of anything.👎 “Detox” claims are usually broader than I like.

So far so good….
I’ve been taking this for a little while now…..and it’s been easy to fit into my routine. The capsules are tasteless, simple to swallow, and I haven’t had any issues taking them. I was looking for a formula that included a variety of commonly used ingredients, and this one combines things like milk thistle, turmeric, NAC, glutathione, reishi, and more in one bottle instead of needing multiple supplements.As far as how I feel…..I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes yet, but I have felt a little less sluggish in the afternoon compared to before. It’s hard to know if that’s directly related to this supplement alone…..but I haven’t experienced any problems with it and it has been easy to stay consistent with. I like that it’s vegan and it doesn’t contain unnecessary additives, and the once-a-day routine makes it simple.If you’re looking for a supplement with a variety of ingredients combined into one formula….this is a convenient option. I guess I’ll continue using it and see how it works for me over a longer period of time.

No taste, no upset, ingredients ought to be helpful (but that’s un-guarantee-able)
When I’m reviewing supplements, I believe I have to stay away from efficacy claims.So, I concentrate on how they make me feel–was there anything bad or good that I noticed? And I look into whether there’s are reasons that they might work or not.The good:1- I experienced no bad effects from taking them2- they are easy to swallow.3- I didn’t notice any taste. I will tell you that I’ve taken oregano capsules, and–man–i burped oregano for hours afterward. I didn’t notice any such effect with these.4- I did a little research with my AI friends, and it does seem that these ingredients are believed to be effective.Cons:1- if you’re taking any prescription drugs, be sure you check with a medical professional. Many supplements (including some of the ingredients in this one–ACCORDING to my AI friend) can affect how your body metabolizes some drugs. So, it’s really important to consult a professional.2- I can’t say that I saw a noticeable difference. I don’t feel like that means they DON’T work. I just can’t verify that they do.

Convenient Blend in One Bottle
What I like most about this supplement is that it combines several ingredients I would otherwise have to buy separately, including milk thistle, turmeric, NAC, glutathione, and reishi. Having them together makes it much easier to fit into my normal supplement routine without adding several more bottles.I also like that the label clearly lists the ingredients and amounts, so I know exactly what I am taking. This 12-in-1 Milk Thistle Liver Support supplement is backed with great ingredients. I appreciate that the nutritional label specifies exactly how much of each ingredient is in a serving – instead of just saying “propriety blend” like many other supplements do. Knowing how much of each ingredient in this is important for people who are on prescription medication so that they can review it with their medical provider to ensure there are no harmful interactions. 1 serving is 2 capsules. The capsules are fairly easy to swallow and do not have a bad aftertaste. This doesn’t upset my stomach. I love that this helps with detox/liver support but also has different vitamins and turmeric to help reduce inflammation. I love that it is non-GMO, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, sugar free, vegan, has no artificial colors/flavors/preservatives, 3rd Party lab tested and manufactured in a GMP certified facility. These are important qualities that I look for in a quality supplement. I have yet to notice any benefits from this supplement, but maybe time will tell?
