Best HMB and D3 you can find on Amazon
This was the only product that I found on Amazon that has HMB and Vitamin D with enough Vitamin D3 Per serving. Boscent offers 4000 UI of D3 which enough D3 in one capsule. Most others were 1000mg HMB and 500 UI. So with this brand less to pills to swallow. And even then, there are not that many that offer HMB and Vitamin D3.The quality of this product is impressive, and it offers excellent value for a pill-based HMB and Vitamin D combination. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced any of those unpleasant powdery burps that some other HMB pills can cause.It’s been two weeks since I started using it daily, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my energy level. Not only that, I am impressed with my muscle recovery; I can tell the difference in how my muscles now have less intensity after a few days of working out consecutively compared to two weeks ago.

Very good supplement. Do your research first off. Hmb has been out for years. This is a very good blend of hmb plus vitamin d3. I recommend blending this with creatine monohydrate. You will definitely fill the benifts as far as seeing the benefits you have to keep a good protein intake and a good diet. This is one of my top supplements that I use along with creatine monohydrate. Also check with your doctor to see if it’s safe for you.
