Love the 4 month supply
The serving size on this is 1 capsule that has 600mg of ALA. This bottle contains enough for this to be a 4 month supply. I like that they included enough for this long. It makes it more convenient not having to order as frequently. This is a simple supplement with only ALA in it without a bunch of other stuff. I like that. The bottle came with a tamper evident seal. The capsules are the typical size I expected and are easy to swallow. The cap is child proof and I did find it a little difficult to take off. I have weak hands though so you might not have the same difficulty. I was able to get it open on my own though.I would have liked for them to disclose where they are made on the bottle. They are distributed by a US company and their information is on the bottle. There is no mention of who or where they were manufactured though. I prefer knowing where supplements are manufactured, which is why I wish that information was included. The bottle I received does appear fresh, and has a clearly marked expiration date not quite 2 years away.I have been taking ALA for a few years now. Compared to other ALA capsules I’ve used, these are about average size and also easy to tolerate.

Daily ALA resource
I’ve been taking ALA, Alpha Lipoic Acid, for a few years to help with the effects of neuropathy. Its benefits include antioxidant properties, and a boost to metabolic and neurological functions. The higher potency of this supplement is particularly convenient, allowing for a full-strength daily dose in a single capsule. Considering that, the capsule is still a very manageable size, making it easy to swallow. Opening the bottle, there is the noticeable sulfur odor that is associated with ALA, but no more so than normal, and once it is swallowed, I have never had a problem with that repeating. The 120 capsule supply provides enough for a 4 month evaluation period, but I am so far happy with this product.
