I like that this Nutruvica Black Gold Shilajit comes in a traditional resin form and includes a measuring spoon for easy portioning. It’s simple to mix into lukewarm water, and the blend with Ashwagandha, Maca, Fenugreek, and Tribulus makes it convenient to have several ingredients in one product. The 50 servings give me plenty of use and a pretty good value. I also like that it’s vegan, non GMO, and free of artificial ingredients.

There is some human research behind purified shilajit, although considerably less than the marketing around it might suggest. I love this brand of shilajit! The value is pretty amazing, you got a lot and it’s pure so it’s even better. Most others are the same price for a much smaller amount. This really gives a a lot which I really appreciate. I love that it comes with a spoon to get the perfect serving size. I usually mix it in hot water and drink it down like a shot. It’s very natural tasting and very sticky so hot water to me is the best way to take it. I can feel the energy with in an hour and it last me all day. I like this supplement for energy and remineralization. I’ve have tried a few different brands and so far this has been my favorite. I would take it for a few weeks then off it for a few weeks to cycle it so you don’t get too used to it. Just a spoon full on the spoon that comes with them container is the perfect 50mg serving size. You can take it up to 2 a day.
