I like these collagen gummies. These are tasty and IMO provide a good dose of collagen. I believe I’ve seen positive benefits for my skin. I’m in my 50s and trying to do what I can!

Delicious Collagen Gummies from Epigenic Wellness
I waited until I finished the bottle for a month before reviewing these collagen gummies so that I may be able to tell any difference in the way I looked or felt. I gave the product 5 stars because I like the overall ingredients, except for the added sugars, which isn’t too much. They taste great (probably because of the sugar 😂), contain 200 mg of collagen peptides, biotin, and some other vitamins. I enjoyed taking them and like to believe they were beneficial, but perhaps a timeframe longer than 30 days is needed to see actual results. Overall during the 30 days I can honestly say I have felt pretty good and my hair and nails have been growing nicely. I didn’t really see a difference in my skin (I just turned 57) and that’s where I was hoping to see a difference. But again, it’s going to take more than 30 days to see real changes. I will order more and give it a little longer to see how I feel and if I notice any differences. I did really like the taste.

Collagen peptides are one of those things where it’s going to take awhile to assess the results. These gummies are a great way to ingest them. Very tasty, and each serving gives a hearty 200 mg of collagen peptides. I took the bottle (which lasts a month) faithfully, and my hair, nails, and skin don’t look appreciably different. But I did notice everything seems more together, and stronger. I think this is a 90 day, at least, supplement where you have to take it to see an appreciable difference. It’s worth the money for what I’ve seen so far.
