Not sure how they get so much magnesium in this liquid form, as most magnesium pills are very large, but the liquid form makes it easier to take than pills. It also doesn’t have a bad mineral taste as there is just enough sweetness provided by the glycerin. The only ingredient I don’t care for is the magnesium oxide, which can cause a laxative affect, but this brands’ dosage isn’t high enough to be concerned with that.
