There are 60 servings of zinc in this bottle. It is about a two month supply. The recommended serving size is 1 capsule per day of 30mg of zinc. It is more than the daily recommended amount (it says so on the label). Taking the capsules is easy. There is no smell or odor upon opening. The capsule is a smallish size. There are 3 other added ingredients aside from the capsule: rice flour, magnesium, stearate, and silicone dioxide. In my opinion these are fillers and unnecessary.These zinc capsules are gentle on the stomach and absorb easily. I do like that it’s in a capsule vs a tablet. I take it with food. This is quite affordable for a two month supply.

Good quality zinc supplement capsules. I take these 2 or three times per week as a supplement to my sometimes lacking diet. I like that these are not “megadoses” and that they’re manufactured in an FDA registered facility. Easy to swallow and well tolerated with no digestive issues whatsoever. Very pleased with these!
