I’ve been trying out the Herbsforever Triphala Guggulu supplement for a little while now. I bought it to help with my digestion and overall gut health. This is a great all natural supplement. I love that it has no additives or fillers in it. It is more effective than your average supplement due to it being an extract and not just the powder. The capsules are a reasonable size and are easy to swallow. No adverse side effects have occurred.

This bottle of 90 capsules of an invaluable Ayurvedic compilation of wonderful digestive aids- Triphala Guggulu, I have used as needed over several months, and they definitely do keep things moving as they say, especially with our busy lifestyles, eating on the go, high-stress or interfering medications- those circumstances and prescriptions can make things stagnate inside of us, especially if one has a more sedentary type of job.I will then just take 1 of these about an hour after my last meal, and they have never failed me. I will continue to take these as needed as they always benefit me in a gentle way, and these are actually produced in India. The only complaint would be the price tag of just under $25.00.

I’m not a huge supplement taker, but this is one I always make sure to keep in stock. Really helpful for digestion and regularity. Easy to swallow and no weird aftertaste. This one seems pretty good quality. The price is currently down so I cannot comment on the value.
