I’m not crazy tired anymore
This Supplement has giving me the energy I need to get through the day. I have not retested my blood for hypothyroid, so I cant write about my numbers.However, I can tell you I’m not crazy tired anymore, and feel more energetic then I have in a long time. I take one a day in the morning and it gets me through.I have purchased more for my husband with MS, he just started taking it, Ill let you know if he feels better soon.

Easy to Swallow
These Herbsforever Kanchnara Guggul Capsules seem to be of good quality and are easy to swallow without any unpleasant taste. The capsules are vegetarian. There are 90 capsules per bottle. The suggested dosage is for adults to take 1 capsules 2-3 times per day with water, 1-2 hours after meals. Therefore, there are enough capsules in the bottle for at least a month. I haven’t noticed any negative or unpleasant side effects. I will keep taking them to determine if I notice a positive change.
