I’ve been taking Peak Defense for a couple of weeks now. The small softgels are simple to swallow, which is nice since I’ve tried other herbal supplements that were huge and unpleasant.The mix of goldenseal, echinacea, and yarrow feels like it’s doing something good for my system. I haven’t been sick since I started taking them, though I can’t say for sure it’s all because of the supplement.I take one softgel a few times a day as recommended, and I like that it’s gluten-free and doesn’t have any weird preservatives. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m taking something natural.I think the quality of the herbs is really good.

Love the Natural Blend!
The immunity support supplements arrived in perfect condition. The bottle is sealed and packaged safely. There is a weird smell when you first open the bottle, but you can’t taste anything. The softgels are smallish and easy to swallow. I usually take them with my evening meal or a small snack and have not had any stomach upset.I have not noticed any side effects to taking these pills, but I do hope they are helping my immune system. I love that there is a wide variety of items in these supplements and they appear to be high quality. The price is not bad for a 2-month supply. I especially love that this is an herbal supplement and all natural. I feel like my health is well supported, which has me calmer and sleeping well at night. I will be looking into ordering another bottle after my first order is gone.

Very Interesting – Does Seem To Help
I picked these up several months ago, but haven’t had a situation to try them and test the benefits until my Fall seasonal allergies reared their head.Trying anything new I start slow, in this case only 1 a day – and didn’t notice anything.I moved up to the recommended 3 a day, and it definitely seemed to help out. I’ve continued on it for about 4-5 days now, will probably do a few more and be done until another need arises.Giving it 4 stars because the cost is a bit high to have it on hand for circumstantial use, but it does seem to do the job.

Well, I was able to test this supplement this week and I can verify that it helps clear your sinuses and help you breathe better.Herbs Etc. has been making supplements for over 50 years and is a trusted brand.This Peak Defense has 60 very small circle softgels that are very easy to take. This should be used on the 2nd or 3rd day or beyond of when you have started not to feel well. The directions say to take 1 soft gel 3 to 5 times per day.The key ingredients are immune boosters like: goldenseal root, echinacea root, licorice,Yerba mansa, dandelion, and yarow flower. The goldenseal, yarrow and ginger helps to clear your sinuses, and the echinacea is the main immune support.This has definitely made my respiratory illness more comfortable and has most likely shortened my illness and reduced severity. I do feel like this is definitely effective.Overall, I have been happy with this Peak Defense and will continue to keep on hand.

Very Good Vitamins…
I have been taking this for a while now and I can say that I am actually pleased at the results. I do feel better since I have been taking this. It is all natural herbs, and includes goldenseal, ginger, and echinacea, among others. These are small round capsules, so easy enough for anyone to take. You take one capsule per day, and there is enough for two months. I am quite happy with how I feel; I have a little more energy, and the price seems a bit high but the product is very good indeed. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Black box supplement
I honestly don’t know what I was expecting. This supplement came as advertised with the right number of capsules and the right packaging. Being gluten free was very important so seeing that I haven’t had a reaction, I’ll say it lives up to that. But the proportion of proprietary blend of roots, herbs and such is a black box. There’s no saying how much of anything is in the capsule. And since the directions call for 3 to 5 per day, that seems like they really should be 1000mg capsules rather than 200mg. In any event, it’s hard to tell if it’s effective or provides any health benefits. I don’t particularly get sick often so for all I know, I’ve just not been sick. As for taste, there not much of it so it’s easy to swallow and digest. This is middle of the road for me in term of quality, performance and value for the money. Giving it a 3 out of fairness but it’s more of a solid 2.5.
